Great resort, beautiful views! Loved our stay here! Highly recommend! The only issue I had was being mistakenly charged for a pillow that we did not take, it took multiple calls to get it resolved.

The staff was wonderful. There was a mixup at my end about my reservation date and I arrived a day later than scheduled. They found me a room anyhow! And it was superb.

Had a nice room with a beautiful view near the water. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Had a lil hiccup and got locked out of our room at 6:30pm but thankfully the staff at the casino up the road were able to get ahold of someone to get us in. The only thing I think needs to change is having office staffed past 5PM and a number to reach staff that doesn’t just go to voicemail after hours. Never know when you’ll need assistance or xtra towels etc. Other than the hiccup we were pleasantly pleased with the room.
