The hotel had easy access to the highway. The area had many food and shopping venues. Parking was plentiful. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was across from the pool which was great. The room was large, spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The pool was nice, though the water was a bit chilly. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Overall excellent stay!

The pool was closed. I am tired of booking hotels with pools only to find out they are closed. It is false advertising or bait and switch but i am sick of it.

Upon arrival the fire alarm was very loud in the lobby. I’m not sure why it was making this constant sound. The elevators didn’t work for the two days we were there. We had a elderly visitor that had to use the stairs. I thought the elevators would be out of use for a few hours but it was for days. . On another note the beds we’re comfortable.

I called ahead to confirm their pool was in fact working, indoors and heated as it is so common that hotels on here advertise they have pools and upon arrival they are not working. I called ahead, was told the pool was working, it was heated and indoors. Much to mine and my child’s disappointment the indoor pool was not heated. In fact, her skin turned blueish purple after staying in for approximately 5 minutes. Upon arriving to the pool we spoke to a family who had stayed the previous night who was equally disappointed that when they arrived the pool wasn’t working and they stated they had already informed management therefore I did not. There were many families in the freezing water trying to make the best of it. We drove 30 minutes out of our way and paid more then necessary in order to have an indoor heated pool so when that is not what we received it tainted the whole stay. Normally I let minor cleaning issues go but I’m so livid that I was lied to upon calling and asking about a working pool that the bathrooms mildew and mold will not go unmentioned. The handicap bath seat was a absolutely disgusting and I’m so grateful my disabled son was not with us in order to need such a seat as I wouldn’t want anyone having to put their skin on it. Upon checkout the manager stated she didn’t know the pool was not working and I can assure you if they are doing their routine pool chemical checks that are required you would know that water was not heated.

I have an autistic child and the main reason we got this hotel was for the indoor pool. Water is his happy place. Every time we went down to the pool it was closed. I even bought an extra room to allow my family to have plenty of space. When speaking to the manager on duty, she lacked understanding or any sort of compassion. I went back later to leave my number with the general manager and she hasn't called as of yet! I believe I should be given some sort of discount considering we couldn't use the facilities as advertised. I know things happen with pools but we were there 3 days and got to use the pool for maybe 2 hrs total. Sounds like to me they are under staffed and no one is properly taking care of the pool.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for the past 7 years. Never had a problem. But, this is the first time staying that we noticed every morning. The pool area did not smell like chlorine. Well, on our last day. Pool was closed, due to maintenance. I questioned, because my 2 granddaughters and myself got an ear infection. Due to the water not being maintained on a nightly basis. We left today at 4am to come back to CT, so I can go to the hospital because of the pain in my ear. I don’t know if they have new management over seeing everything. But, I’m very disappointed on this visit. I’m in pain. But, my two granddaughters, ages 9 and 11 are in a lot of pain. Very disappointed

Only booked this particular hotel for the swimming pool and the pool was really gross. Took almost an hour to check in and then key cards didn’t work properly. Staff weren’t very friendly.

The hotel was going under some renovations for improvement, but it did not hinder anything. The beds are a little rough to sleep on, not as comfortable. However, I booked this hotel specifically for the pool, and was not informed that it was not working.

Our room was never made up after our first night despite requesting it at the desk when it hadn't been done by the afternoon. Also, the indoor pool was too cold and murky to swim.

The room did not look like the booking pictures. Tub appeared to be chipping/peeling. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Breakfast was not good, poor selection and food did not taste good.

The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Standard breakfast. The stairs could really use some vacuuming - lots of street debris, especially on the lower level. Room: the bathroom was in a terrible shape: rusty bathtub with black mold; water in the sink was barely trickling. The up/down lever on the office chair was broken so it was stuck permanently at the lowest position making my work at the desk very uncomfortable. Also, the construction across the street was very loud. Although admittedly it is not in the hotel’s control, the banging that started early Sunday morning did no favors for the overall ambiance. Disappointing stay considering the cost.

The property was well kept but the bathroom has peeling wallpaper and the tub was not entirely clean. The kitchen staff provided breakfast about 15-20 minutes early - thank you.

Ended up getting bed bugs because they didnt make sure room was treated good

This comfort Suites was great. The two front desk staff, Caitlin and Wendy were very efficient, friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable.

This is the best hotel and the cleaness on point

Satisfied with the amount of space, highly unsatisfied with the 2 roaches we found in the bathroom and the fridge did not work.

Our favorite hotel on our recent trip to NC, room was super updated with great features including separate sitting area with pull out couch that my teen loved. Super modern clean bathroom, comfortable bed.

Room was great for the 3.5 days we were there but only issue was the WiFi seemed to be really bad and hard to work with. Other than that the room and hotel were great and everything was very conveniently close!

Overall not a bad hotel, but many minor annoyances. Starting at the front desk, an annoying beep goes of every 10 seconds (I was told it goes 24 hours). The room was nice but the bathroom was showing a lot of wear, tile missing on the floor, shade missing on the ceiling light, paint missing on door jamb, poor repair attempt on a hole in the door. The bedroom area had an extension cord/block that had too many cords plugged in and had a bright green pilot light that had to be unplugged to sleep. After that we were able to achieve adequate sleep. The staff were friendly enough.

The hotel needs some updates. We had a family of 6 and the room was a bit tight for a sofa bed and 2 queen beds. The wifi service needs to be updated. The breakfast area is small and very congested. Overall the stay was ok.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice.

Great value for the price. Very clean property and rooms. The staff was nice, but my issue was the actual check in process. I’m not sure if their computers were working properly, but I gave the lady my credit card for incidentals and she didn’t swipe my card, she typed it in and said each number on my credit card OUT LOUD as she was typing it in—along with the expiration date and zip code. There were other customers behind me waiting and in earshot so anyone could’ve gotten my credit card information. Either fix the credit card swipe or instruct your staff about the security risks they are causing.

We are from out of town.. Before arriving to this hotel, we went to Fairfield Inn on Isler st & the staff was very rude to us!! We cancelled our resv there and came here. Megan and Caitlyn were so sweet and polite and catering to us from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The room was clean , beds comfy, and there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Definitely would recommend staying here whether just passing through or staying a while.

Great stay. Only hiccup was housekeeping let themselves into the room without knocking or announcing their presence, and we had not checked out yet.

The night staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help with our stay.

Booked this after seeing it had many positive reviews on Expedia, so we were very surprised at how bad this place was. Slowest check-in I've ever had, room wasn't clean and had a musty smell, and breakfast was bad even by free hotel standards. With so many options close by I would avoid this place!

The front desk staff, especially Wendy, was so kind during a difficult time for our family. The breakfast hostess was welcoming. The housekeepers went the extra mile every day. GREAT CHOICE!

Check in was great - the room was nice and clean when we arrived. However, the guests in the room above us were literally pounding on the floor - all night - every night - for three nights!! It was very loud and difficult to sleep through. We tried to stop at the front desk to ask for assistance, but there was no one there. Also, on our second day, we did not receive maid service - the room was not cleaned or straightened - and we were out of Kleenex and toilet paper. We left the room at 9A and didn't get back until after 6P, so we expected someone to clean or at least refill things during that time. Instead, we had to go down to the front desk to ask for supplies - again there was no one there, so we had to go back three times before getting assistance.

Close to interstate and food. Really hard to say much because I slept 11 hours. Drove all night to get to pga tournament the night before. Checked in, walked next door to eat, talked to wife and slept. Free breakfast was good and place was quiet. Very spacious

Very nice hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice and very helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is close to several fast food restaurants and only 15 minutes from Four Seasons Mall and 20 minutes from Greensboro Coliseum. We would definitely stay again!
