I stayed here with my daughter while she attended her University of Oregon orientation, and we had a wonderful experience\. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent\. We especially appreciated the on\-site Starbucks, indoor pool, fitness center, cozy bar, and the beautiful outdoor patio with a fireplace—it was a great place to relax after a busy day\. The only downside is that there aren’t many restaurants within immediate walking distance\. However, 5th Street Market is about a 10\-minute walk away and offers several great dining options\. Also, if you’re visiting the University of Oregon, keep in mind that the hotel is not within walking distance of campus, so you’ll need to drive or use transportation\. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

They charged us 3 times for our accommodations. They wouldn’t take our calls after we realized they overcharged us.

My stay was on the first day available as a Marriott hotel. The Bistro was not open on day one but was quite good the rest of the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and fresh. Will stay there again.

March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel room AND no weight room available because that was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. But buyer beware, construction will continue for several months and then they will close for 1 month before opening in June as a Marriott. For new bed, we thought it was just mediocre. Bathroom renovation was great.
