The only thing nice I can say is that the bed was comfortable. We checked into our room about 8 o'clock at night. The room had no hand soap, no shampoo, no cups, no ice pocket, no coffee maker. And when asked the staff, if we could have some ice buckets in a cup, they told us that they did not have any within an hour and a 1/2 of being in our room, my internet shut off and the TV would not work at all, and I could not stream anything from the television services that were offered in. When we contacted the front desk, we were told there was nothing that could be done.We checked out about 5 AM.Just so we could get some sleep for the night and was told that there was nothing they could do not even a partial refund or anything for the room.I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone

This specific hotel is under remodel/new ownership. There was no water at the sinks in the lobby restroom and no hand sanitizer either. The bedroom had low water pressure at the cold water tap and the tub drained slowly. The drain was clogged with calcium build up. The website advertised that it had an elevator, no elevator. The sight also said it was pet friendly, it is not. The beds, ac, and tv were good. We didn't use the refrigerator or microwave.

The outside looks like an abandoned building, the windows are all covered over and the lighting is low. The front desk is down a long hallway and there is very loud music coming from the bar. I felt very unsafe from the moment I entered the parking lot and saw the outside of the building.

Need senior grab bars in bathrooms, nothing to hold onto in shower, the spicket was very loose and was almost out of wall, no coffee maker in rooms, stale odor in hallway
