Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.

The hotel does not look like the photos. The people were good to deal with, but the hotel and its furnishings and kitchens are old and not maintained and cigarette smoke circulates through the airconditioning.

I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated, I had to wash with my hands in a studio apartment that is supposed to have a washer and dryer according to their website. I could not even have anything like plate and spoons. I really felt bad 👎👎👎

Mye støy og lyd fra naborommet. Veldig liten basseng . Gamle møbler. Ingen vaskemaskin. Vi måtte spørre flere ganger for å få kjøkkenutstyr og kjøleskap. Smådyr som kakerlakker. Vaktene og renholdspersonale er hyggelige. Holder unna om du reiser med familie.

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. It’s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If you’re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

The room was in poor condition , we changed room twice because of the cigarette smell, there was mold everywhere and cockroaches under the fridge. We left the hotel immediately We asked for a refund , hotel.com doesn’t even support you the only thing they offered is 15% off !!! The worst customer service

The only positive points were location and spacious apartment's, rest terrible starting with a broken main door handle . In shower the only plus point was a good shower but the water was always uncomfortably hot , Linen was dirty with stains , no fridge , no washing machine , very noisy all the time , crowd outside was not where you would walk around with your family . Kitchen door panels broken . So will never go again and would recommend to everyone not to go there at any cost , as cost was okay but then there were too many negatives .

The property is quite run-down and needs renovation. The place has lots of "night business" going on, which resulted in shouting in the night. The house-keeping staff were nice, but the overall level of staff did not compare to what I am used to in Dubai. It was low priced and so I guess one cannot complain too much. But I would not book again.

It was a very good choice to stay there. Buffet breakfast was so good. served freshly made omlet and 'parota'. A yong man in the restaurant was very caring person to take care of his guests. The bell boy provided services when needed.

For 4 adults and one kids they give 4 towels, they didn’t put towels in after room cleaning and every day we need to call reception and wait for hours to bring. After one big fight they accept to give the fifth toll for kid. Room key for all big 2 bedroom apartment was just one. We were two family and if one goes out without the other one and come back they couldn’t get in room. They are maximum 2 star for really low class situation

However, despite the 'No Smoking' signs everywhere, people are always smoking everywhere and anywhere at any time which makes the place very smoky and smelly. Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.

When we arrived to check in, there was no towels, and barely any toilet paper, the phone didnt work so had to go in person to sort it out There was a number of cockroaches. Needs a serious health and safety check. Otherwise staff are nice and very helpful. Close to the airport, can organise travel options

This hotel was choosen by Expedia because my booking was denied at another place I booked. This one was a bit of distance compared to what I need, away fro shops and from métro. The room was not very clean except the bed was fine. Insects flying and crowling in the room....

I hate this hotel, it’s a waste of money to stay in this hotel. My children could not eat the food because one of their staff was picking his nose, robbing his face, sneezed on his hand and touched the food without washing his hands. Management of the hotel is terrible, staff are rude with non challant attitude. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is a total waste of money.

The hotel served the purpose of our stay very well. While not the most luxurious, it provided the necessary level of comfort for us. Grocery stores nearby, cookware and utensils provided, and very affordable in-hotel restaurant.

Three terrible days spent in that facility. Dirty, poor breakfast and corridors are drenched in cigarette smoke. I will never repeat a stay there and would never recommend it to anyone else.

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. It’s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If you’re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

The reception, an Indian man was very rude, sullen and unhelpfull. I arrived at hotel at 4 am. At the same day I had booking, so I asked him to help me with early check in, but he asked me for a whole night payment despite I had a rom reservasjon. When I Said it is not fair to pay one ekstra night only for fem hrs while I have a booking. Then he asked me to wait until 7 am. I waited 3 hrs, at 7 he chrged me 70 AED. He was not helpful at all. He did not communicate nicely, neither provided an alternative. The worst ever customer service I experienced. Very bad

We stayed here for just 2 days and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The room was poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the nice photos online – those must be old or heavily edited. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and around the room, which made it really uncomfortable and unhygienic. It was very difficult to find another place on short notice, so we had to stay, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
