Bullhead City Home - À quelques minutes du Colorado River / Casinos

We had 7 people and check in was seamless easy and nice, the communication was fast and all my concerns and questions were answered quickly. Specific things I didn’t even have to ask they were done! We will definitely book this rental again. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with showers made every comfortable and moving well Thanks evolve team

First, the second master bed was really just a thin mattress that was very uncomfortable. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The pool was not heated and too cold to even swim in. The outdoor space was filled with weeds and ant hills. The picnic tables were broken down and falling apart and there were on 6 plastic chairs outside to sit on. The cement around the pool and patio was chipped and flaking. The cement was dangerous. The pictures in VRBO were not recent and do not show the true state of the property. The backs of the barstools had been removed and the stools left with no backs. The throw pillows on the couches were filthy. The placemats on the table were dirty. We were all disappointed because the main reason we chose this property was to swim and enjoy the outdoor space. The fencing around the property was made of particle board and was falling apart. The property indicated that it had a Tesla charger, but we had no access to the garage at all. We made the best if it but were still very disappointed.

Everybody no need to hesitate to book they are so good they give you your privacy like you own the home it’s spacious and beautiful too! I appreciate them allowing us to stay on our football trip to bullhead city if we return we will be definitely coming back. Thank you!

Everyone absolutely loved it. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable, and it has all the amenities a home should have. Great place to entertain or just and relax by the pool. We were four couples in total and we never felt cramped together. Everyone had their own room. We were able to have meals together. The back yard was great for hanging out. It was very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back yard. Access to the house was quick and easy. Our host was prompt and got back to us within the hour whenever we had questions. We were only five minutes away from the casinos and the river. 5-10 minutes away from anything else we needed. The house wonderful, the location was perfect. Hopefully I am able to rent this location again because everyone wants to go back.

House is beautiful, great space with amenities. Pool is amazing! Property owner was very communicative and thorough. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
