Really friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was big with lots of space, plenty of wardrobe space and places to put suitcases. Plenty of coffee/tea on offer with a couple of water bottles which was nice. Beds were super comfortable! Parking wasnt great (busy street so not hotels fault), when we arrived their car park was full so we parked on the street.

I enjoyed my stay here other than it seemed like my room could have used a little bit more cleaning especially in the bathroom. The staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Parking is very very limited, they have like three or four spots. Thankfully one was open when I arrived. Other than the cleanliness issue of the bathroom, nobody was there at checkout time which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

These owners were very considerate of guests. The hotel building is older but our room was freshly painted and the bathroom was newly remodeled. I'm not sure why they named it the spa hotel. We didn't see anything relating to a spa there. Maybe it's a historic spa town?

we were staying overnight on or way to Devon. The hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from Boscombe pier. there is parking out front, however we wondered if this could be a challenge/lottery when the hotel is full? Raj was very helpful and stated he had only bought the hotel a couple of months earlier. The room was clean and tidy. Raj may choose to freshen it up over the quieter time of year. Overall, it offered value for money and we would be happy to return to the Boscombe Spa in the future, and would recommend it as a place to stay in and around Bournemouth

Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces, lovely host greeting us upon arrival - the room was incredibly clean and tidy, very spacious and had all of the amenities you’d expect. Easy walking distance to town centre, no more than 5mins. Highly recommend.

Our one-night stay at Boscombe Spa Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the amenities, including tea/coffee facilities with a kettle towels and soap dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap). On check in we were offered breakfast, which we declined. Although we weren't sure if there was an additional charge, the gesture was appreciated. A couple of minor observations: the signage on the outside of the building could use some attention, as the lettering was partially fallen off. Additionally, parking spaces seemed limited, but we managed to find a spot without issue. Overall, a pleasant stay with no major concerns. Would consider returning for a short stay again.

The owner was delightful and helpful. I had booked a 2 night stay and later added an additional night in a different room to facilitate an early start for a course and avoid a long drive from home before a long day of learning. As space was available, I was offered the same room for all 3 nights which was really helpful. The room was beautifully clean and the facilities perfect. I don't eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but it smelt delicious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and welcomed The only reason I have dropped a star is the night noise on 2 of the 3 nights. This was no fault of the owner who was also disturbed and dealt with the issue on both occasions. The fault lay with other anti-social guests and clearly the owner cannot control that.

Clean and presentable hotel. It isn't high luxury but was great for the price. It is a little tired looking but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and there were plenty of channels on the TV. Although the location looks a little run down it is only a 10 minute walk to the lovely Boscombe beach.

I was disappointed in this property and my room. The bathroom was very small and had a slanted mirror which made it hard to see to put makeup on. There was a cheap piece of wood that was barely hanging on the wall that was supposed to be a shelf in the bathroom. There was very limited power outlets in room and nothing close to the bed.

Excellent for a night, easy access to the O2 Academy. Clean room, but bathroom could be better. Shower needs a thermostatc mixer as the water pressure changes when others user water in the hotel.

I made a last-minute booking at the Boscombe Spa Hotel. The owner was welcoming, which set the tone for a pleasant stay. My room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The full English breakfast was great and a great way to start the day. There were a couple of minor issues: the Netflix didn’t work during my stay, and the bathroom radiator seemed to be out of order. Neither was a huge deal, but they were a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a lovely stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Excellent location to O2, beach and town centre Lovely lady on reception Property needs an overhaul - very tired and awful decor - feels more like student flats and room absolutely tiny ! Parking great and didn’t try the breakfast - all in all good value for money but don’t book if you like a bit of luxury - this is a functional hotel to get your head down for the night

Nice enough place. Could've found better in the area. Heating was limited. Was offered a heater on check in but declined. Wasn't expecting literally no heating til 5pm next evening. No heating in bathroom. Towels were old and barely even covered an adult male. Good TV. Crap curtains. Ok bed. Wouldn't stay again.

No contact from hotel at all…..had booked for stay and put in wrong week wanted to rebook for following week…..called numerous times through the day and night and phone line rang out what hotel doesn’t have an answer phone these days ?? Ended up having to email to try and get them to reply but nothing. Will never be booking here again

The area behind Boscombe Spa Hotel toward the shopping centre has rough patches. However, Raj and his wife, inside the hotel, did an amazing job and were extremely helpful throughout. Totally recommended!!

A final stop on my holiday before catching the ferry home. This was ideally situated about 1/2 drive away and a chance to see Boscombe pier and beach to enjoy my last evening.

Decent place to stay for a night when visiting family. The owner, Raj, was very friendly and helpful and I'd happily stay here again. Location was ideal, being a five-minute walk from the seafront. I was able to park in front of the hotel.

we were staying overnight on or way to Devon. The hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from Boscombe pier. there is parking out front, however we wondered if this could be a challenge/lottery when the hotel is full? Raj was very helpful and stated he had only bought the hotel a couple of months earlier. The room was clean and tidy. Raj may choose to freshen it up over the quieter time of year. Overall, it offered value for money and we would be happy to return to the Boscombe Spa in the future, and would recommend it as a place to stay in and around Bournemouth

The area behind Boscombe Spa Hotel toward the shopping centre has rough patches. However, Raj and his wife, inside the hotel, did an amazing job and were extremely helpful throughout. Totally recommended!!

On arrival was greeted by a lovely man and shown to our room it was nice and big immaculately clean with everything we needed. They do breakfast but we didn’t try it, short walk to the beach which was very handy as we got to watch the air show. 😃

Clean and presentable hotel. It isn't high luxury but was great for the price. It is a little tired looking but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and there were plenty of channels on the TV. Although the location looks a little run down it is only a 10 minute walk to the lovely Boscombe beach.

Located close to the beach and a short walk in to town. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean albeit a little small but I expected that with this being a B&B. Breakfast was good and served in a spacious dining room.

This hotel is very good indeed and in the room were two small bottles (still & sparkling) already supplied for use which I have never known in any of the hotels I have stayed in, along with the tea and coffee making facilities. The double bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely with shampoo, shower gel and even hair conditioner. The cooked breakfast in the morning was very nice, along with the cereal options, toast, fruit juice and tea. I chose this hotel as it provided car parking, Well done to Raj & family!

Hotel looked tired. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room décor was a bit garish. Ensuite bathroom smelled damp and musty, looked well-worn. Shower worked well, but wasn't a very pleasant room to spend time in. Plentiful refreshments in room. Those staff that I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was limited - all spaces in use by the time I arrived (early evening). Not very easy to get parked nearby, though parking was free if you could find a space.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I came back as the location is perfect, a short walk from Boscombe Beach. The staff are lovely and welcoming. And the rooms are just what you need for a short stay. I would recommend.
