Staff there was very corteous, Very nice and clean room. The only part that I was disappointed. When I made my reservation I made a mistake and rented it for 5 days instead for 4, I asked for 1 day refund and was denied, stayed there for 4 days gived away 1 extra day, charged for 1 day service that I didn't use, that's not right, enough reason for no going back or recomend this hotel And expidia didn't do anything about it.

The hotel was clean, quiet, staff were very friendly, and the price for our stay was fair. Hotel is about a 20 min drive to Valencia and the hotel was kind enough to provide us with radio taxi contact information. With their help we were able to get to Valencia every morning.

I was in Puig for a wedding, so spent very little time in my hotel room. Check-in was fast and painless even though I opted not to do the online check-in as requested by the hotel. The room itself was spacious, unfussy, and had the usual mod cons. The aircon worked - very important when it was 35C outside. Loved the restaurant under the tent outside the hotel where the entire party congregated multiple times. My only gripe was that the door to the Juiliet balcony couldn't lock, and given it was a weekend, the hotel didn't manage to get it repaired while I was there. I had the shutter down throughout for security.

En general estuvo bien la estancia, llegue en promedio 23hrs y me atendieron en recepción (muy amablemente) del RONDA I, pues no hay recepción en horario nocturno-madrugada en RONDA II. El desayuno tipo buffet estuvo bien. Lo único malo es respecto al aire acondicionado, estaba defectuoso y emitía un sonido muy fuerte en el momento de activarse el compresor, lo coloque en ventilador y pude dormir como era tarde no vi necesidad de cambiar. Por si acaso mi habitación era la 304. Los puntos buenos a mi parecer resaltan sobre el malo.

The main thing that sticks to my mind about this place is just how unfriendly people are. They don't smile. So it made us feel awkward. The beds are not comfortable at all. The mattresses are very sub par.

We arrived late and left early. Was easy to find. A nice very small balcony towards the street. No annoying sounds from traffic or anything else. Exceeded my expectations even though I knew the rating was good. I avoid booking hotels with rating below 8 after a few disappointments. This hotel more than fulfilled my needs and gives good value for the money.

Kamer veel te klein . De badkamer mooi maar het water loopt achter het wc als je een doech neemt . We hadden half penson en het was niet te eten . Zowel avond als ontbijt .

Molto pulito, bagno e arredi nuovi, colazione internazionale nella sede adiacente olimpia 1, cena modesta non c'è buffet ma si puo scegliere primo secondo con contorno e dolce. Letto molto comodo e grande doccia.

Très bon hôtel étape. Pas loin de l’autoroute et plage accessible à 5 minutes en voiture. La literie était confortable. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié. On peut se garer dans la rue sans problème.

En general estuvo bien la estancia, llegue en promedio 23hrs y me atendieron en recepción (muy amablemente) del RONDA I, pues no hay recepción en horario nocturno-madrugada en RONDA II. El desayuno tipo buffet estuvo bien. Lo único malo es respecto al aire acondicionado, estaba defectuoso y emitía un sonido muy fuerte en el momento de activarse el compresor, lo coloque en ventilador y pude dormir como era tarde no vi necesidad de cambiar. Por si acaso mi habitación era la 304. Los puntos buenos a mi parecer resaltan sobre el malo.

Venimos de Los Angeles y no sabiamos que nos esperaba pero estuvimos may contentos con el hotel y la ubicacion. La habitacion estaba grande hasta tenia un balcon con vista hermosa. El desayuno Esta Rico y con muchas opciones.
