During the summer, enjoy working outside on the patio surrounded by nature. Our shared outdoor pool is available for an extra fee between 9am to 10pm, just let us know in advance if you intend to use it. Welcome to your serene home away from home, ideally located for a relaxing and convenient stay. Our property is just a leisurely 5-10 minute walk from a diverse selection of restaurants and supermarkets for all your essentials. A short 20-minute drive will take you to the vibrant Dix30 district, offering world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment. You're also 20 minutes from the REM, a rapid transit system that gets you to downtown Montreal in just 15-20 minutes. Our listed property is in the basement. We have two private rooms in the basement, and the rest of the living area is occasionally shared with my family or our family guests. Please note that we have two entrances to our house, but we always use the side entrance. When you arrive, kindly find the side entrance just beside the residential parking area. We invite you to make yourself at home and enjoy our private backyard. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a moment of peace, whether you're listening to the birds, enjoying a meal, or simply relaxing with a book. For your convenience, a private parking spot is available on the property, a valuable amenity during Quebec's long winter months (December 1st to April 1st) when street parking is restricted. Free street parking is also available during the summer. You'll always have a secure and convenient place to park, no matter the season. Guests can access the pool, backyard, kitchen, dining area, fridge to keep their perishables, and the living room. During your stay, check-in details will be sent to you before your arrival with telephone numbers and the address of our house. However, my husband and I always respond pretty quickly. Pool Use Rules: Inform the guests before use. Only adults are allowed in the pool. Safety measures should be taken before and while in the pool. The host takes no responsibility for accidents or injuries in the pool areas. Hours of operation are from 9am to 10pm. Activities prohibited include jumping and diving. Proper cleanup procedures should be followed after being in the pool, ensuring that the gate is firmly closed behind you, picking up towels, removing trash, and any spills. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area.Laundry will be done once a week. Do not eat on the bed and stain the Beddings Just be respectful of other people living on the property Pool use is available at an extra cost. After using the pool kindly lock the gate behind you and pick up any used towels, and clean up any trash and spills- Safety measures is Key- Hosts are not responsible for any accident or injuries in the pool area If you use the barbeque kindly clean-up after the usage. When leaving make sure you lock the door behind you Leave your shoes by the entrance door . Kindly leave the bedroom key behind Feel at home and if you have a minute feel free to come and chat with us. You're allowed to eat in our dining area and after that just load the dishwasher.
