The house is located in a quiet and secluded small development, without a service area, 4 km from La Vega de Sta. María (Avila), 5 km from the junction of the road from Avila to Valladolid, 6 km from Velayos (Avila), roughly 22 km from Avila and about 118 km from Madrid.This is a rural, single-family dwelling which was renovated in 2009, small and quiet with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large living room over 2 levels. The lower level has stone walls and a fireplace, above is the lounge area. The plot is fully landscaped and has a barbecue. The ceiling beams and floor slabs, deck and porch are wooden. The floors, including in the bathrooms, are also wooden. Modern touches are observed in details such as interior railings in stainless steel and in the kitchen. The lounge is decorated with walnut furniture which is more than 100 years old. Car parking is available.The private bathrooms have a bath and shower. A TV, kitchen, fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine and ironing set are also included. Central heating is provided, and there is a balcony or terrace.The house has a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols. For a fee, guests may also make use of the hot tub and sauna.
