Matsumoto Hotel Kagetsu

Un hotel muy bonito que recomiendo ampliamente, el personal es muy amable, te explican perfecto todos los servicios. Las habitaciones son amplias y me encanta que tengan radio con música retro. Habitaciones con 2 camas, cómodas, ropa de cama y almohadas limpias y cómodas así como la pijama! El baño tiene buen tamaño, la habitación tiene ventana y frigobar así como televisión. Los muebles del hotel son hermosos. Las amenidades como shampoo, jabón y demás huelen bien y son de buena calidad. El onsen es un servicio incluido que merece la pena visitar. El restaurante es acogedor y el menú muy rico, la mermelada es una delicia! Sin duda volvería al hotel! Como plus, puedes solicitar que el shuttle te lleve al aeropuerto sin costo adicional.

Great staff! Friendly and very helpful. Food (in the restaurant) was awesome! The “Western” style dinner in particular … i know you’re in Japan, but the chef is great… ya gotta try while you’re there. Castle is nice. Not a lot to do in Matsumoto, but walkable. Location of Hotel is good (bread place around the corner and castle is vey close). Note: the hotel itself is not new, but it is clean.

The hotel feels dated and the room and bed is small although it’s a double bed. Not so comfortable to sleep 2 adults.

Un établissement qui mérite une sérieuse rénovation. Notre chambre était très mal isolée conséquence des que vous éloigniez du chauffage (Clim inversée), il faisait très froid. Le petit déjeuner était plus que moyen. Par contre le personnel était très sympathique. Nous ne le conseillons pas
