Valencia Luxury - Malvarrosa Beach

O apartamento era bem similar às fotos enviadas. A acomidação estava bem limpa, banheiros amplos, espaço arejado com janelas e em um dos quartos havia uma pequena varanda de frente para o mar e ar condicionado na cozinha. A cozinha também estava bem equipada. O único desconforto foi com relação ao Wifi e tomadas que não estavam funcionando. As tomadas não funcionavam simultaneamente: ou você ligava o ventilador de teto nos quartos ou carregava o celular! Relatei o problema ao proprietário que se dispôs a consertar, mas como iríamos ficar somente um dia, achei melhor ele não mexer. Porém, sem minha autorização, entrou na acomodação quando não estávamos. O WIFI funcionou, mas as tomadas não. O ponto é que ficamos extremamente desconfortáveis com a situação já que nossos pertences estavam dentro da casa. Esse foi o ponto negativo da estadia.

Lugar asqueroso jamás volvería

We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding for the sofa beds. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only 7 cups in the cupboard and no tea towels or oven gloves. The lack of sockets in the kitchen area made it difficult to use the appliances. I suggest a large cafetière (needing no plug) would be more suitable than the small electric coffee maker which had small capacity. Also the wall cupboard is far too high making it impossible to reach to the second shelf (unless you were 6 feet tall) However, we loved the position of the flat - it was very suitable for access to the beach, and also to watch the marathon!

Very basic, extremely noisy all night from other apartments above. Bathrooms were not clean with stains in toilets and hairs in the showers.

The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!! Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than that I’m not sure if you gonna enjoy your stay, without mention there’s not elevator and the stairs are really dark. Good thing you have a very close parking spot just crossing the street at the arenas hotel and the view from the balcony to the beach is really nice we loved that
