This motel is not what it advertised to be. It appears to be immigrant housing. The front desk clerk was amazed I even made a reservation there. They said they were near full but parking lot was empty. As evening came the parking lot started to fill up with mostly junk cars. People eating drinking smoking in parking lot. Foriegn music. Hammocks in the trees. Front painted up to look nice while backside was a dump. Tub clogged. Flooring was coming up. Smelled bad. Pillows were dirty. Surface renovation but did poor job. You lost my business Hotel6....forever!! Was previously a DaysInn ... sign still there.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a reservation and planned to pay when I arrived to check in, as I have done at many hotels. However, I was told that my card had to be charged before I was even allowed to check in. When I explained that I didn't have the funds available yet but would by the time I arrived, I asked if my reservation could simply be canceled. Instead, I was told no and was directed to contact the online booking company myself. This created a great deal of unnecessary inconvenience and stress. In all my years of traveling, I have never been required to pay before even setting foot in my room. I understand that every hotel has its own policies, but I believe this should be made much clearer before booking. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility and customer service left me with a very negative impression.
