This was a great place to stay. We had a family weekend in Gadsden and this hotel was great! The pool was so clean and nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff were so nice! We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well!

Had a short weekend stay. It’s very clean and the service was excellent. The kids loved the pool. This was the Perfect location to stay to see and explore the area and the Parks. Great waterfalls and The Sand mountain water park was Awesome.

Pool was pretty cool, temperature wise. I wiped up some water we spilled in the bathroom (#325) and was surprised how dirty the towel got when I wiped the tile grout. Otherwise, the usual Hampton Inn EXCELLENT service and good decent breakfast food. Room was otherwise very clean and well maintained. We will stay again. We use Hampton Inns in Ohio, Pennsylvania and other locations we travel to and are seldom disappointed.

I stayed here one night with my little purse dog. All went well, I had to pay the $75 pet fee, but the property is nice and clean. There is a designated dog walk area with a clean-up station, and I could even have breakfast with my dog as long as he was in a carrier. Great experience!

The only issue there was and it wasn't a big issue is with parking when I first arrived. I did find a parking spot but around 15 to 17 parking spots were taken by two trucks with trailers and an 18 wheeler. May need to work on this issue. Other than that it was all good.

Staff was rude at check in and gave attitude when explaining room wasn’t ready on time. After the original staff went home the next lady was very sweet and got us into our room. Unfortunately there was still trash in the room from previous guests.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in quite sometime. The entire place smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but that’s ok because it was clean and smelled clean.

The staff was friendly and took all the processions to keep my girls and I safe. BUT, the room wasn't cleaned. There was pink frosting all over the desk, chairs and bathroom. The beds were made but not sure they were clean sheets.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate and it has plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service. My only complaint was the cleanliness. Our room was not cleaned well. The end table had water rings that had not been wiped off, the furniture was so dusty I could write my name in it and there was a build-up of mold/mildew in the shower. Also the hallways smelled sour.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant, check-in was fast, the facility itself looked clean but the room had an unpleasant odar upon entering. The Bathroom definitely needed so deep cleaning. The room we were in appeared to be outdated. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

We have been staying at this particular Hampton for the past several years when we travel back and forth from Kentucky to Florida on vacation, its halfway and I would recommend this hotel, very clean, friendly service. Excellent stay.

The shower diverter valve in room 309 leaks about half the water making the shower pretty anemic. I reset it several times with no improvement noted. It needs immediate maintenance. Otherwise, the room is good.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gadsden, Alabama. Overall, the experience was a mix of positives and a few challenges. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable at first glance. They acted quickly and got us moved into a new room with minimal hassle, which we really appreciated. The main downside of our stay was the beds. Unfortunately, they were quite firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. If the mattresses were upgraded or at least a bit softer, it would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, the cleanliness of the room and the responsiveness of the staff were definite highlights. With a few improvements, especially in bedding comfort, this would be an easy recommendation.

I was traveling for my son’s state track meet which was 4hours away from were we live. I had reserved my room online and once I arrived to check in at 11pm that night I was told that my room had been cancelled at 8:40pm I asked by who because I was still on the road at this time and did not cancel anything. The man at the front desk could not give me an answer so here it is almost midnight, I ‘m 4hrs away from home with a 2 year old, 7 year old and a 13year old with nowhere to stay and we had to be back up at 6 to get to the race on time. The front desk did not offer to assist with finding other accommodations or anything. Everything close by was sold out so I ended up having to drive another hour away to find a room. Not satisfied AT ALL.

I had reserved my room online and once I arrived to check in at 11pm that night I was told that my room had been cancelled at 8:40pm I asked by who because I was still on the road at this time and did not cancel anything. The man at the front desk could not give me an answer so here it is almost midnight, I ‘m 4hrs away from home with a 2 year old, 7 year old and a 13year old with nowhere to stay and we had to be back up at 6 to get to the race on time. The front desk did not offer to assist with finding other accommodations or anything. Everything close by was sold out so I ended up having to drive another hour away to find a room. Not satisfied AT ALL.

Had a short weekend stay. It’s very clean and the service was excellent. The kids loved the pool. This was the Perfect location to stay to see and explore the area and the Parks. Great waterfalls and The Sand mountain water park was Awesome.

The hotel was great. The location was close to fast food restaurants, but my map took us to the other side of town. Once I plugged in the coordinates from Hotels.com, we didn’t have a problem. The room was wonderful and the bed comfortable. It was a very safe environment. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the staff there was sweet and accommodating. We were there for an overnight break traveling through. It more than met our needs for comfort and a great nights sleep.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate and it has plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service. My only complaint was the cleanliness. Our room was not cleaned well. The end table had water rings that had not been wiped off, the furniture was so dusty I could write my name in it and there was a build-up of mold/mildew in the shower. Also the hallways smelled sour.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was in a great area for shopping and eating. The hotel sits back a bit off the main highway so it was quiet. We would stay here again.

This is right off the highway and me and the kid stayed there on the way to a tournament. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the place was spic and span clean. If you need lodging this is a great stop.

Was very disappointed with the food offerings. I have been a member of Hilton Honors for several years and have stayed at many different locations. The breakfast offering was very minimal. Reminded me of continental breakfast at a Days Inn with tge exception of of the rubbery scrambled eggs and over cooked sausage patties. There were no potatoes and biscuits without gravy all because the girl didnt get them fixed that morning.

This was a great place to stay. We had a family weekend in Gadsden and this hotel was great! The pool was so clean and nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff were so nice! We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well!

I just stayed in 5 different hotels and this one was by far the best breakfast of all of them. Multiple options for everyone and the room was clean with an actual working thermostat. Will stay again.

Everything was clean except shower doors - they need to be replaced. Chair in room was wobbly - needs to be replaced. Breakfast was excellent! Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Very happy overall. Prices are high everywhere these days but was good for one night.

I live in the area and frequently visit hotels to get away from day to day life. This is my first encounter with the Hampton Inn. When I arrived the first lobby was very hot but the staff was very nice. When I got into my room it was also extremely hot, but understandable due to the weather. I was placed in a handicap room although I did not book one, the shower had no water pressure. THIS IS MY LARGEST ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL. After I got settled in while looking for something I found a phone in the room. It was brand new with no case and no photo for the background. Finding a phone that looks to belong to someone is bad enough, but this phone did not appear to be someone’s personal device with raised concerns about the room being bugged. The phone was in a place that I believe should have been seen by housekeeping and honestly makes me doubt the cleanliness of the room itself. The night staff when addressed about the phone issue did not seem to be concerned or helpful. As well did not leave a written note about the device found in our room. They did not bother to gather or information as to contact us such as our room number or name. The morning staff was even less helpful to the matter and I personally felt my problems were ignored. This is deeply displeasing and as of now I will not be recommending this hotel for anyone. I will be recommending the Fairfield just down the road.

The first room we checked into initially looked ok until we pulled the covers back to find the sheets covered with human hairs (not the kind from your head). We then repacked went downstairs to change rooms. The next room was better until we opened the shower in the morning to find it covered in mold! I have pictures. Will be staying at another hotel next time and questioning Hampton Inn and Hilton as a option for future travel.
