Quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Excellent service. The novel accomodation is roomy but starting to show signs of it's age. Excellent breakfast. Nice ground's over looking fields . Overall VFM .

Our stay was comfortable, beds were a little wobbly and decor could be updated a bit. Parking was at a premium when we returned later in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room was laid out wonderfully with two desks, a settee, coffee table and chaise longue. There was a fridge which was very convenient. The bathroom was of a high standard with a shower that worked very well. The evening meal was adequate followed by a fantastic night's sleep and a well-cooked breakfast to start the day off right. My stay cost just over £100 which represented amazing value for money.

Whilst the hotel looks a little tired from the outside, the reception, bar & restaurant looked lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. The hotel had an event so was very busy, but the staff were attentive albeit under a bit of pressure but were efficient & friendly. The room was spacious & comfortable- it was in a little bungalow away from the main hotel.

Funny place, stayed in a chalet type room but was very relaxing . Nice bar and there was a good selection of beers and food. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel but it is dated, my sleep was comfortable. Staff were super helpful, the property is surrounded by lovely green but you do need the car to go to town centre of faversham. I would recommend someone staying here if you just want a good nights sleep without the frills

Had a good two stays one in a garden room and the other in the main hotel. Garden rooms much larger and convenient for car to room but sound from next door rooms could be heard. Main hotel room much smaller but no noise at all. Both had very comfortable beds and well stocked with everything needed. Restaurant food was good and staff attentive and professional. Altogether a good two stays and would use again. Surrounding views lovely.

I didn't spend long there as it was an overnight stay for a wedding nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was nice and quiet so I was able to get a good sleep. It was perfect for what I needed. The breakfast was lovely too and the staff members were all very friendly.

The whole place just needed a bit of a spruce up. Shutters on our 'cottage' were hanging off. Loads of cobwebs in the room. Floor didnt look as though it had been vacuumed. Very noisy fridge whuch i unplugged and water tank that woke me at 4am. Thin walls so i heard next door arguing and their TV. Dressing gowns which was great, unfortunately they were damp. Pluses. Bathroom was modern, bed comfortable and a good breakfast with lots of choice.

Nice hotel room situated outside of the main building - quite modern and recently refurbished. Unfortunately everything was let down by the awful smell of urine and the very dirty exterior (work is being done but still no excuse) Ok for 1 night but would of had to move if I’d stayed longer .

Room was in a small cottage 5 mins outdoor walk from Reception - had to park near reception. Dust on light fittings Hair grips from previous occupier strewn across floor near bed. Empty Shower Gel container 1 Hand and 1 Bath Towel for 2 people. Restaurant closed at 8PM on a Friday evening Will never stay here again

Newly decorated room so pristine. Mattress coukd be better as a topper isn't the answer to everything especially on a soft mattress. The bath was big enough for me to gain my 25m breast stroke badge!

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. We returned to our room at 11pm to find all the bedding was wet, at reception they stated that the bedding was cold and offered another room which we agreed to but then received a visit from staff stating they would change the bedding. They said the bedding had arrived wet that morning and this must have alipped through, how on earth was the bed made with wet bedding! They arrived to change it but only came with the linen not the inners. The linens were changed and they left but they werevstill damp. We chose to sleep on towels as we were exhausted from a busy day. Wont stay again for the price we paid which wasnt cheap.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful jr suite, spotless, staff genuinely wanted to help and were friendly. Value for money was amazing as we stayed on a Sunday and Monday.

This place is awful. To the room past a shambolic building site. Booked a large room but couldn’t open wardrobe door since too close to the bed. Shabby toilet roll holder dangling off the wall. About two meters of electrical channel covering hanging off under the desk. I climbed under the desk to make it safe. It was absolutely grimy. Not just dusty but filthy. Internet completely useless. Notionally supplied by a little domestic router at the end of the corridor. A little issue, the base of the shower sags when stood on. I suspect the base lacks the necessary foundation and will soon fail. Nice location.

Room was ok not worth £85, the shower was cold and no pressure, the bed was really uncomfortable. Our room wasn’t in the hotel either it was like a little separate chalet that we were told to drive around to and when we got there we couldn’t park as people had parked in front of our chalet

A wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge. Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts! Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

Rooms are in good order. Staff are Amazing! Had an issue with my booking, but they went above and beyond to look after me.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast. Had trouble finding plates, cups and glasses at breakfast but that’s because we were a bit late and they had a Christmas party of 130 going on! Bedroom was very nice but the mattress was too much hard for us. Good value overall.

This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room was laid out wonderfully with two desks, a settee, coffee table and chaise longue. There was a fridge which was very convenient. The bathroom was of a high standard with a shower that worked very well. The evening meal was adequate followed by a fantastic night's sleep and a well-cooked breakfast to start the day off right. My stay cost just over £100 which represented amazing value for money.

Quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Excellent service. The novel accomodation is roomy but starting to show signs of it's age. Excellent breakfast. Nice ground's over looking fields . Overall VFM .

I didn't spend long there as it was an overnight stay for a wedding nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was nice and quiet so I was able to get a good sleep. It was perfect for what I needed. The breakfast was lovely too and the staff members were all very friendly.

Lovely hotel but it is dated, my sleep was comfortable. Staff were super helpful, the property is surrounded by lovely green but you do need the car to go to town centre of faversham. I would recommend someone staying here if you just want a good nights sleep without the frills

Had a good two stays one in a garden room and the other in the main hotel. Garden rooms much larger and convenient for car to room but sound from next door rooms could be heard. Main hotel room much smaller but no noise at all. Both had very comfortable beds and well stocked with everything needed. Restaurant food was good and staff attentive and professional. Altogether a good two stays and would use again. Surrounding views lovely.

Shower temp was stuck on extremely hot, barely managed to rinse off the soap, but manager gave us a discount. Generally comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, cheerful staff and good breakfast, we would use it again. Interesting location with nice views.

Room was in a small cottage 5 mins outdoor walk from Reception - had to park near reception. Dust on light fittings Hair grips from previous occupier strewn across floor near bed. Empty Shower Gel container 1 Hand and 1 Bath Towel for 2 people. Restaurant closed at 8PM on a Friday evening Will never stay here again

A wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge. Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts! Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

Location good for getting out and about with a car. The room we had was okay - not as good as the one on the websites, but we got a good deal so can’t complain. Unfortunately, it was in a ground floor block of four or five with no blinds, and other guests walked right by our window so we had to keep the dark brown (blackout) curtains closed for privacy. Couldn’t even have a cup of tea in bed without being seen! Such a shame when it was sunny outside. Hot water in the bathroom took forever to warm up and was barely more than a trickle. We got used to it but rather frustrating. Staff were friendly. Bed was firm but comfortable enough. Clean, apart from dust/crumbs etc. under the counter-top fridge. Generally ok for what we paid but wouldn’t have been happy to pay top dollar for it.

Whilst our initial room, one of the large suites was amazing, clean but dated, we had the misfortune to be beneath a wedding party that didn’t settle down until 3.30 in the morning. When we complained later that morning the initial response was “why didn’t you phone the night porter”. We couldn’t because the phones had been disconnected as the hotel has a programme of removing them. Their response was that there were a list of numbers to call with your mobile. How do they know that your mobile has signal? The blonde lady on duty on Saturday morning that helped us to change rooms was excellent. Imagine our surprise when we learnt that the bridal couple took over our old room on the Saturday evening. Good points were: excellent breakfast, bit pricey but very tasty all the cooked food was fresh. Initial suite was massive with an inglenook fireplace and large shower. (Shame about the people above) Ability to park outside the rooms at the rear of the hotel The hotel did reluctantly, after some discussion, agree to credit our first nights stay, however I did have to point out that they hadn’t reduced the rate for the second night. Would I go back, don’t think so.
