Voyage en couple, nous sommes venus pour le travail de mon mari. Je n'ai pas pu profiter de la piscine, il faisait encore un peu frais. En dehors de cela, le personnel est adorable, c'est très propre, la chambre a été faite un jour sur deux, ce qui est largement suffisant. Juste petit bémol, il serait bien de rappeler aux hôtes que claquer les portes à minuit c'est très moyen comme idée... Quant au bruit de la rue, toutes les portes d'entrée donnent sur la route principale, mais le parking de l'hotel (3€ la nuit) et la station d'essence font comme un SAS, donc nous n'avons pas été gênés par cela. Tous les balcons donnent sur un petit jardin à l'arrière, une rue peu passante, surtout la nuit. D'ailleurs nous étions au 1er étage, et nous voyions la mer au loin.

Lovely overnight stay at this motel style place and my car parked directly outside my ground floor room.(€6 per night) Complimentary water, in fridge, slippers, Dolce Gusto coffee and great private sunny balcony. Friendly receptionist and well stocked vending machine for out of hours refreshments but there is a cafe, service station shop and 5 mins to huge Carrefour supermarket.

Relación calidad precio, camas muy cómodas y el hotel es práctico sin lujos. Lo mejor esque es pet friendly. Restaurante cafetería al lado con precios muy asequibles, Volvería a ir si necesitara alojamiento en la zona. Algo que no nos ha gustado esque una vez dentro te piden 3€ por el parking, deberían de indicarlo en la reserva para evitar sorpresas.

More like a motel than a hotel. No restaurant, just a very limited cafeteria. Calling the meal lunch or dinner doesn't change the environment or the quality. Rooms much smaller than photographs. Convenient for April Gardens but that's about the best thing I can say. We booked in for 3 nights but left after one. No refund obviously.

Le personnel à l'acceuil sont très serviable et gentils et très à l'écoute ils vont nous manqués. Les femmes de ménages ne passent pas si on ne leur demande pas et refont la chambre avec les mêmes draps la propreté laisse à désiré moustique dans la chambre c'est horrible. Hôtel bruyant la nuit à cause des chiens et le voisinage. Cafétéria pas mal du tout à côté. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️😊

Cuando entre a la habitación había una olor a humedad enorme, de hecho al día siguiente lo tuve q decir en recepción que me cambiará porque la humedad me afecto y me quede casi sin habla, no hubo problema enseguida me cambiaron de habitación a una que estaba reformada..

Las camas super incómodas nos cobraron el aparcamiento cuando antes no lo cobraban aparte pusimos el cartel para que limpiaran la habitación y las de limpieza lo cambiaron por no molestar pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que se le había olvidado limpiar que ya mañana limpiarían claro mañana que me iba ya aprte estaba sucio todo con polvo y bichos y la contestación es normal por la terraza si no se puede abrir

Hôtel ayant grandement besoin de rénovation : bas de porte en bois rongé par l’humidité, présence de moisissures sur le miroir de la salle de bain, joint de la baignoire très sale, pommeau de douche détérioré et rouillé, pas de VMC, etc.. Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. TRÈS DÉCEVANT pour un 3 étoiles, les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes..

We stay over for four nights, Two days We didn’t have hot water. The view from our window Can’t even see the sky otherwise very clean And tidy. The very last day I woke up with terrible noise. Someone was drilling from the top floor. Staff was very friendly, very helpful

Minder mere om et landevejs motel end et egentligt hotel ! Slidt, meget hårde senge og ikke i nærheden af de 3 stjerner de reklamerer med ! Morgenmaden skulle indtaget på det nærliggende cafeteria, hvor vi fik udleveret mad billetter. de første 3 dage, fik vi continental morgenmad med et stykke brød, en kaffe og en juice. Da vi henvendte os i receptionen for at høre om muligheden for at tilkøbe, så vi frit kunne vælge i den lille buffet, fik vi at vide at dette kostede 2 euro pr. person pr. dag, dog vendte de tilbage og vi fik de 8 euro retur, vi havde betalt ekstra, da det var en fejl, da vi fra starten af skulle have haft buffet. Aircon virkede ikke på værelset ! Personalet taler ikke ret godt engelsk !

El hotel esta muy bien, el trato por parte de las recepcionistas es excelente y cercano. La limpieza de 10. Me gustaria resaltar que nos facilitaron una excursion a Benidorm con autobus desde la puerta del hotel un servicio nuevo y estupendo.

El hotel en General está muy bien, pero siempre hay “PEGAS”. La habitación que me tocó tenía la taza del vater suelta (que para hacer cualquier necesidad sentado tenías que hacer equilibrio porque sino te ibas de lado), hasta en 5 oportunidades tuve que ir a recepción y dos días para poderlo solventar, ya que no me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación. Solicité la llave de la caja fuerte que está en la habitación y había que rezar un credo y dos Padres Nuestros para poder sacar la llave al cerrarla ya que me imagino tenía tanto óxido que la llave no salía… se lo reporte a recepción al mismo tiempo que lo de la taza del vater y pasaron de ello… En cuanto al desayuno al parecer es una cafetería que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, la comida no está mal, pero no hay nada de variedad, así que no esperéis más y para que repusieran la comida había que esperar un montón porque ponen muy poco y tienen que reponer todo el rato. No te ponen ninguna tapa si vas a tomarte lago por aparte, en nuestro caso fuimos a tomarnos unas cañas y ni aceitunas o patatas nos pusieron, muy cutres y ratas. Y para finalizar te cobran 6€ diarios por una mini plaza de parking que no caben dos coches pero ellos tienen delimitados con rayas en el suelo dos plazas por columna y es casi imposible aparcar dos coches, aparqué un día mi coche en una mini plaza y me hicieron un desconchón en la puerta porque es imposible salir sin hacerlo y por supuesto ellos no se hacen responsables.

Very kind staff and a great room. We got an early check in without extra costs. The only negative thing is the amount of smoking people sitting on the terrace of the cafetaria (where we had breakfast), at the pool and neigbouring balconies.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep. We would certainly use this hotel on future visits. Very happy with our stay there.

Voyage en couple, nous sommes venus pour le travail de mon mari. Je n'ai pas pu profiter de la piscine, il faisait encore un peu frais. En dehors de cela, le personnel est adorable, c'est très propre, la chambre a été faite un jour sur deux, ce qui est largement suffisant. Juste petit bémol, il serait bien de rappeler aux hôtes que claquer les portes à minuit c'est très moyen comme idée... Quant au bruit de la rue, toutes les portes d'entrée donnent sur la route principale, mais le parking de l'hotel (3€ la nuit) et la station d'essence font comme un SAS, donc nous n'avons pas été gênés par cela. Tous les balcons donnent sur un petit jardin à l'arrière, une rue peu passante, surtout la nuit. D'ailleurs nous étions au 1er étage, et nous voyions la mer au loin.

Friendly receptionist and well stocked vending machine for out of hours refreshments but there is a cafe, service station shop and 5 mins to huge Carrefour supermarket.

More like a motel than a hotel. No restaurant, just a very limited cafeteria. Calling the meal lunch or dinner doesn't change the environment or the quality. Rooms much smaller than photographs. Convenient for April Gardens but that's about the best thing I can say. We booked in for 3 nights but left after one. No refund obviously.

Le personnel à l'acceuil sont très serviable et gentils et très à l'écoute ils vont nous manqués. Les femmes de ménages ne passent pas si on ne leur demande pas et refont la chambre avec les mêmes draps la propreté laisse à désiré moustique dans la chambre c'est horrible. Hôtel bruyant la nuit à cause des chiens et le voisinage. Cafétéria pas mal du tout à côté. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️😊

Minder mere om et landevejs motel end et egentligt hotel ! Slidt, meget hårde senge og ikke i nærheden af de 3 stjerner de reklamerer med ! Morgenmaden skulle indtaget på det nærliggende cafeteria, hvor vi fik udleveret mad billetter. de første 3 dage, fik vi continental morgenmad med et stykke brød, en kaffe og en juice. Da vi henvendte os i receptionen for at høre om muligheden for at tilkøbe, så vi frit kunne vælge i den lille buffet, fik vi at vide at dette kostede 2 euro pr. person pr. dag, dog vendte de tilbage og vi fik de 8 euro retur, vi havde betalt ekstra, da det var en fejl, da vi fra starten af skulle have haft buffet. Aircon virkede ikke på værelset ! Personalet taler ikke ret godt engelsk !

+ points. clean room with fridge Staff very helpfull on reception good selection of brakfast items but you have to walk across car park to get to it - points. this is a motel not a hotel no tea/coffee making facilities in room restaurant more like a canteen, evening menu only in spanish and it was a set menue. for the price you had to have starter,main and desert .as far as i could make out if you just had 1 or 2 items it was the same price.No one there to translate for us(not there fault). Got it translated in the end at reception but decided to order a pizza in end which staff member very kindly did for us.
