Well. Starters went to Cadillacs the lounge. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Drinks that came unacceptable. I paid we went to the restaurant. Waited there. Meal came over cooked. Cutlet. After I started eating no one came back to ask. Told the server. When I paid. She Didn’t seem to care. Area was dirty. Outside noise was a bit much.

Everything was great except the kids running around and someone pulled the fire alarm. I believe there was a children’s hockey team also staying.

Staff was great, hotel was a bit tired, needed some paint, garbage cleanup in front, bed wasn't the best.

We were not informed that the doors to the pool closed at 9:30 although it is open until 10. We were at the door at 9:30, just wanted to hot tub for 10 minutes and we could not get in.
