When we arrived, the room we were given had broken tile as soon you opened the door. Looks and broken tile pieces - not a great start. I left and asked the front desk to move us. The man did move us to a new room, but it took my repeating and explaining my concern over the tile. It was like he didn't see what was wrong with the broken tile pieces? The new room (as well as the first actually) smelled musty and the air was wet. Each of our kids immediately asked what is that smell? There was so much humidity that the bedding and carpet always felt slightly damp. It was gross and made getting comfortable enough to sleep difficult. The bathroom door was also falling apart.. swollen in areas and splitting/peeling wood all over. There was also a lot of roaming around and talking in the halls like all hours of the night, both nights. Idk if that's really under the control of the hotel I guess, but I have never been woken by talking and walking through the halls outside my door. Maybe there just isn't good sound proofing? Beware.

The room was damp. The entire stay everything in the room had excess moisture. I tried the dry feature on the AC unit for more than 24 hrs. It helped but nowhere near enough. Uncomfortable.

Everything here was perfect pool was clean, room spot less, perfect size for 5 of us. This was best stay for us. Will be back for sure

The room smelled musty and the bathroom shower was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets were wet like they were just pulled out of the dryer and still not dried. The room was really hot when we entered. The AC was on heat for a long time before we entered the room. The carpets felt wet.
