​Tag Along 2.0 is a shared, community space designed for a calm, mindful, and comfortable stay. We request all guests to be respectful of the space and of each other. HOUSE GUIDELINES: Please leave your shoes in the rack and use slippers inside the hostel. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms is not allowed. Please use the bins provided and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. Drinking is allowed only in designated areas. Drinking inside rooms is not permitted. Outside alcohol is not allowed unless approved by the management. Kitchen timings are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No food will be served after this time. Please keep noise low and no loud music after 11:00 PM. Please be respectful of others and of the shared space. Please clean up after yourself in all common areas. Kindly avoid eating in dorm rooms. Use the bins provided and follow waste segregation (dry/wet) where possible. Visitors are not allowed inside rooms. If you wish to invite someone, please check with the team in advance. For laundry, please contact the property manager. There are pets on the property. Please be gentle and check with staff before feeding them. Please take care of your belongings. The property is not responsible for lost items. Any damage to property items will be chargeable. ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR: We aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. Any behaviour that disturbs others, especially due to alcohol consumption, will not be tolerated. In case of any mess or damage caused (including vomiting inside rooms or common areas), cleaning charges starting from ₹3000 will be applicable. The management reserves the right to take necessary action, including asking guests to vacate, in case of inappropriate behaviour. EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability If arriving before 10:00 AM and you wish to use a bed/room: 15% additional charge will apply on the booking amount If arriving after 10:00 AM: No extra charge, if a bed/room is available We will try our best to accommodate early access If no beds are available: You are welcome to rest in the common space until check-in time LATE CHCEK-OUT: A 1-hour grace period is allowed (till 12:00 PM) After 12:00 PM, late check-out will be charged at 15% of the room rate, subject to availability Guests can store luggage in the common space free of charge Late Arrivals: Please call us to coordinate your arrival If you are arriving after 9:00 PM, please inform us in advance For arrivals after 11:00 PM, a 15% late check-in charge may apply ID & CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: A valid government ID is required at check-in Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa Any pending payment must be completed at check-in ROOM & STAY GUIDELINES: Dorm beds are allocated by the team (specific requests are not guaranteed) WiFi details will be shared at check-in Our team will guide you through the space, rooms, and house rule. ​​FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Families are welcome on a case-by-case basis Since the property includes 120+ stairs and a shared space setup, we request guests to ensure they are comfortable with the environment FOR CHILDREN: There are no strict restrictions, but we encourage parents to assess comfort and supervision The space includes stairs, open areas, and pets, so awareness is important NOTES ON PETS: There are dogs and cats on the property They are friendly, but part of the natural environment Guests travelling with children should be comfortable around animals SENIOR CITIZENS: Guests travelling with senior citizens are welcome if they are comfortable with walking and stairs The property involves 120+ steps, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns We recommend evaluating comfort levels before booking EXTRA GUEST & MATRESSES: Extra mattresses can be arranged subject to availability Charges typically range between ₹400–₹500 per mattress ADDITIONAL GUESTS (Not in Original Booking): If additional guests arrive: We will try to accommodate them based on availability A separate bed or mattress will be provided at an additional cost If no space is available, accommodation may not be possible All guests staying overnight must be registered at the property GENERAL TERMS: By confirming a booking with Tag Along, guests agree to follow all property policies and guidelines These policies are in place to ensure a comfortable and fair experience for everyone PAYMENTS: We accept payments via UPI and cash Any pending amount must be cleared at check-in Booking extensions will be confirmed only after full payment is made PRICING & RATES: Room rates are dynamic and may change based on availability and demand The price at the time of booking is considered final We’re happy to price match any lower OTA rates at the time of booking FOR EXTENSIONS: Rates will be applied based on current availability at the time of request For extensions, current rates will apply BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: Any changes to bookings (dates, duration, room type) are: Subject to availability Governed by the cancellation and modification policy POLICY COMPLIANCE: All guests are expected to follow house rules and property guidelines We are unable to make exceptions outside of the defined policies.
