LOCATION: We're on Devonshire Place just off Bury New Road. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants, independent cafes and other amenities. One of our particular favourites is The Pearl Dining Room, a 5 minute walk from the property. Heaton Park, one of Europe's largest public parks, is just a stone's throw from us. PARKING: You can park one car for free on our driveway (no height restrictions) or there's also nearby on-street parking. BEDROOM: You're guaranteed a good night's sleep on our antique SuperKing Sleigh Bed with its luxurious 2000 pocket-sprung handmade mattress with 4" pillow top. Fresh linen and towels are supplied for each guest, and if you like watching TV in bed you'll be happy to know we've added a TV to this room too. BATHROOM: Relax in this luxurious bathroom with a gorgeous range of toiletries to use whilst you soak in the bathtub at the end of the day. LIVING ROOM: With two very comfy velvet sofas (one of them a double sofabed) it's super cosy and peaceful. The perfect space to unwind whilst watching TV or stream our complimentary Netflix. WIFI: Our WiFi is super fast so whether you're streaming movies or Zooming for work, you'll have no issues. Perfect for those working from home. KITCHEN AND DINING: This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from cooking a full Sunday roast to a quick snack. And if you love coffee as much as we do, we provide a Nespresso coffee machine ready for a morning brew. GOOD FOR FAMILIES AND LONGER STAYS: As well as fast, reliable WiFi we also provide a washer/dryer, dishwasher and slow cooker. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For convenience we provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, tea, coffee and Nespresso machine. We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. You'll receive key information like WIFI codes and a check in guide prior to your arrival along with our invaluable WELCOME GUIDE: Here we recommend all our favourite places to eat, drink, shop & visit. We've thoroughly enjoyed testing out the restaurants and tourist attractions and are so happy people love our suggestions too :) Your stay is looked after by Matt & Steph @ City SuperHost, with a decade of hosting experience and thousands of five-star reviews across Manchester and beyond. We take care of everything behind the scenes so your trip runs smoothly from booking to check-out. Before arrival, we send a quick verification link via our secure app. It takes about a minute and involves a photo ID and a selfie. Just a short walk (about 6 minutes) to Prestwich Metrolink tram stop on the Bury Line, with frequent services into Manchester city centre in around 15 to 18 minutes. Free parking on the driveway (one car, no height restrictions) with additional on-street parking nearby. Uber operates throughout the city. Within walking distance you'll find the expansive Heaton Park with its tramway, boating and woodland walks, plus Philips Park and Prestwich Forest Park for peaceful green escapes.
