I like most of my stay at this hotel, the breakfast served, most of the staff were very helpful. However, I did not like the fact that if we came back to the hotel after 9:00 p.m. or so, finding a parking space was extremely difficult. There simply were not enough parking spaces.

The elevator was broken. Would have liked some notice or assistance with our bags, had to carry them up 3 flights of stairs and my husband has degenerative disc disease and can’t carry heavy items. Also the parking was abysmal. The back of the parking lot was filled with shipping containers and we couldn’t fit our truck in there , so we had to park at wal mart and Uber to the hotel. We would have booked another hotel but everything was booked up. The hotel had some really gross areas in the bathroom, weird White crusty areas under where the towels go that no one bothered to clean. I don’t want to know what that was. Wish I could get that money back.

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The hotel is easily accessed, well maintained and clean inside and out. Parking lot has lots of lighting. Appears to be renovated in past few years. The bed was comfortable, choices of pillow firmness, quality towels, toiletries in shower, a larger size mini fridge and microwave. Our room was clean and heat/cool unit worked well in the 100+ outside temps. We ate about 8 and found the gravy to be empty and few bread and fruit choices; but other items moderately supplied. Did not use the pool, gym equipment r laundry / so no comments.

Great place to stay. Private area, meaning not in a shopping area, lots of grass for walking the dog, and friendly staff. We needed a new lightbulb for the nightstand and the front desk attendant brought one up and screwed it in for us. The place was nice and the bed was comfortable. It could use a deep cleaning like in the corners and behind the chairs but overall nice decor and the main areas were fine. I would stay there again.

It started off terrible. We checked in and found dirty showers rags left behind. Reported it to the front desk. They seemed unbothered didn’t even bother to ask what room. Then after dropping the hotel room key behind the entertainment center we pulled it out to retrieve it, and found a needle with a dark substance in it. Asked for a refund and the manager is conveniently can not be reached.

We had a good experience overall. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, but all of that went out of the window because once we got home we realized that we’d been bitten by bed bugs. We had a 3 day stay at this hotel. We also had family that stayed as well, and they were in different rooms. They were not impacted but those in my room were. Our bodies reacted to the bites within 2 days of leaving. Will not be returning to this hotel chain unfortunately.

Room was gross. The humidity was so high everything felt damp. Pillow cases were dirty and when we changed the pillows were heavily stained. Shower was dirty and curtain had mold. Bathroom sink faucet didn’t have a aerator so water would go everywhere. Won’t be staying again.

Staff was nice, but room was not very clean. Comforters had stains on them. Shower curtain had what appeared to be mold all over it (black spots). We stayed her a couple years ago and it was much cleaner. I don’t think we will stay here again.

The room was filthy. The carpet was so sticky one couldn’t walk barefoot. There weren’t any cups in the room. Drywall was broken in a good number of areas in the bathroom. The shower attachment and controls were loose. When I was in business, I would have gotten rid of the manager for one that would get jobs accomplished.

The sink stayed clogged. The toilet would not flush. Mold and hair in the shower. When we called for maintenance he said there was not anything he could do and just to “left the toilet open and make the flap go down.” When we checked out the next morning the front desk lady said there was nothing she could do in a refund because we went through a third party.

Nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. The only things that I would complain about is the shower/bathtub needs updating and be warned, it’s super slick. Someone is gonna slip and fall if something isn’t done. Also, the ac unit was very noisy, sounded like it was struggling and possibly getting ready to go out. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed slept well. Despite the temperatures being in the upper teens the heat unit kept the room comfortable. There was a hot breakfast with several options to eat and drink. The dining area was clean and the buffet was kept well filled. The outside of the facility was well maintained. HOWEVER, we did not have hot water - only lukewarm for our two day stay. When we mentioned this to the front desk we were told, " you didn't let it run long enough." " There must have been others using a lot of hot water." "We only have two hot water heaters." Not a word about sorry for the issue, or we will try to see what the problem is. One of us even went to the restroom in the lobby to see if there was hot water there - slightly warmer than our room on the 4th floor - but not remotely hot. We have stayed there before, and have paid for visiting guest to stay there. However, we will not do so in the future. We will find another hotel who has better customer service when there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Check in was easy as I pre registered online. Tried calling front desk numerous times and the phone would be answered and then hung up. Finally got thru and asked if there was an ice machine she said there was one on each floor but she didn’t know where it was located on the floor, only that it was at one end or the other of the floor. Isn’t a huge hotel why didn’t she know? Bathroom faucet broken, water all over the counter leaked down to the Kleenex box and that was completely wet. Water sprayed all over floor. Bathroom door filthy. No lotion or body wash in the dispenser thankfully there was a bar of soap. Check in covered area was very small. Could not pull thru had to back up to get to the parking lot. Would NOT stay here again.

Came with a group of kids for a kids camp. First room I was given smelled very moldy. Was given a different room which smelled like stale smoke. After our room was cleaned one morning, instead of putting new towels in the bathroom, the clean towels were left outside the room in a plastic bag. On a positive note, the person who checked us in, Econ, was very helpful and kind. Went out of her way to help us. The person at the front desk when we were checking out on the other hand, was on her phone with headphones in, not looking up at all when we checked out.

The staff at front desk were very kind and helpful. Mitzi and Yvonne. I love the way ya’ll allow pets. I will bring my baby next time. The housekeepers were also helpful. We stayed two did not need daily housekeeping. Asked for more washcloths they were provided in a timely manner. I will be back. Oh. Biscuits and sausage gravy were delish. The sweet lady preparing the buffet was very sweet and you could tell she enjoyed her job. I neglected to obtain her name. When I am treated well I like to get names. I felt safe in your hotel. Thank you.

The only downside is the location off the highway - while convenient, the location is difficult to navigate access to the hotel that close to ramps. It would be helpful to have a stop light near to navigate across the busy highway.

Room was very quiet and had outback and Texas Roadhouse right down the road from the hotel! Staff was nice and check in was quick.

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The hotel is easily accessed, well maintained and clean inside and out. Parking lot has lots of lighting. Appears to be renovated in past few years. The bed was comfortable, choices of pillow firmness, quality towels, toiletries in shower, a larger size mini fridge and microwave. Our room was clean and heat/cool unit worked well in the 100+ outside temps. We ate about 8 and found the gravy to be empty and few bread and fruit choices; but other items moderately supplied. Did not use the pool, gym equipment r laundry / so no comments.

The staff at front desk were very kind and helpful. Mitzi and Yvonne. I love the way ya’ll allow pets. I will bring my baby next time. The housekeepers were also helpful. We stayed two did not need daily housekeeping. Asked for more washcloths they were provided in a timely manner. I will be back. Oh. Biscuits and sausage gravy were delish. The sweet lady preparing the buffet was very sweet and you could tell she enjoyed her job. I neglected to obtain her name. When I am treated well I like to get names. I felt safe in your hotel. Thank you.

Unfortunately,our experience was very disappointing.At check-in,the front-desk employee was sitting behind a computer monitor that blocked her face.I am hard of hearing,so I had difficulty understanding her and politely asked her to repeat herself.She rolled her eyes at me.The first room had clearly not been properly cleaned.There was hair in the beds,stained sheets, and the beds appeared as though they had already been slept in.The room phone was unusable, the cord/plug had been cut,and the phone was covered in dust.We had to go back downstairs because we couldn’t even call the front desk.We were given another room.It was somewhat better,but there were still stains on the sheets,and the microwave and refrigerator were dirty. There was also no conditioner in the shower.Since it was late,we had been driving a long distance,and we were exhausted,we didn’t want to go through changing rooms again,so we stayed and tried to get some rest.The next morning,I reported everything to the front desk and asked that the manager contact me.I explained that I don’t like complaining or leaving negative reviews,but I felt these issues needed to be addressed.I was told the manager wasn’t there yet, and I asked for a call.It has now been two days,and I still haven’t received one.We weren’t expecting anything extravagant,just a clean,comfortable room and respectful service. Unfortunately,that is not what we received,and the lack of follow-up made the experience even more disappointing.
