Nice hotel located close to airport (7 min walk - but they dont have signes so expect to ask and be offered a car - 10 dollar). Clean, new and spacious rooms. Nice restaurant on site and pleasant staff. Do not serve alcohol. Good for a stay with early morning flight.

Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. I arranged for a shuttle pick up as my flight arrived in early hours of the morning 2am. Hotel confirmed everything via email. Unfortunately when i arrived the shuttle did not show up. As a solo female traveller and my first time in Zanzibar, i felt let down, i was fortunate to find a friendly airport porter who assisted me with finding a reputable taxi.
