Our family trip to Davenport (May 31–June 4) was wonderful, and this home played a big part in that. Michael was incredible—he reached out before we even arrived, and throughout the trip he was always just a phone call away. That level of care made us feel looked after, not just hosted.The house itself was perfect for our group of seven. We had plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without feeling cramped. It was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed. We’re grateful for the experience and would happily return.

The house is well appointed. Very clean, nice neighborhood, nice pool and hot tub. Neighbors played their music loudly from 10 a.m till 11 p.m. for 2 days. We weren't there most of the time but it prevented us from enjoying the pool or eating outside when we returned in the evening because we couldn't hear each other. BRING YOUR OWN KITCHEN SUPPLIES! For our entire 7 day stay, we were supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 garbage bag, and 1 roll of paper towels. No dishwasher pods, but had soap for doing the dishes by hand. Absolutely no kitchen spices, no salt, no pepper, nothing. No tin foil, plastic wrap or baggies. If you plan to cook, pots/pans/dishes and utensils are supplied. NOTHING ELSE. I've rented many places and this is the only home that has not supplied essentials. Knowing all of this I would still stay again but now know to bring my own supplies and tell the neighbors to turn it down a notch.

The property was everything as described. The home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The check in process was very simple and thorough. The amenities and necessities were all there. The appliances could use some upgrades. But other than that everything was readily available
