Condo was clean, beautiful with amazing views--exactly as described in the description!! We highly recommend and it would be our first choice when we come back!! Thank you!

While the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, we were disappointed that the location was on the side of the building that overlooked the Whaler Village restaurants. This made it loud and smelly, so our amazing views of the ocean from our deck weren't enjoyable as they could have been. We asked to be moved to the other side of the building, but no properties were available. They did respond promptly. Despite the smells, the bed is super comfy the bedroom is quiet and the kitchen was stocked well too. Their bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. 4 1/2 stars

I had no problems with the property in general, but I did with the condo. The condo had cockroaches. There were some on the shower curtain and some under the kitchen sink. When I left a message for the whomever takes these kinds of complaints, I never heard back. I assume it wasn't taken care of. The rugs in the condo were dirty (which I also reported). The bedroom rug not as much but the living room rug was filthy. The couch and chair in the living room were also dirty, as were the pillows (living room and bedroom) and I doubt they have never been cleaned. The couch is very uncomfortable and old. The furniture needs replacing. When sitting on the couch I put a towel down, so I didn't have contact with the fabric.I will say that the kitchen and bathroom were updated and were nice (except for the cockroaches). The kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciated there were many spices to use. There were a lot of pans and plastic containers to store food. I wasn't a fan of the dishes; they were square and heavy. And I found them unattractive, but that is personal preference. The bathroom had 2 sinks and a lot of drawers and baskets to use. That was a plus.Lastly, one of the questions was about communication with the property manager. I wanted to skip the question, but the website wouldn’t let me. I had no communication with the property manager. Why don't you have a box for N/A or no contact. You asked about the property in general, but not about the condo.
