Very comfortable and beautiful place that we go back to each spring. Thoughtfully arranged with good dishes, cookware, towels, beds, grill and shower for a relaxing stay.

We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It has a beautiful view out over Lake Erie in a quiet little neighborhood. You wake up in the morning to the gulls calling and the waves crashing on the beach. Lauren was an excellent host. The house was well stocked with everything you could wish for.
