Toilet leaked, tiles were missing in the flooring, eating area was very dirty. The gym was very lacking, none of the treadmills or the bike worked. No wifi. Spend the extra 100 and go across the way to Hampton

The customer service rep, on arrival was welcoming. My concerns were with the facilities. The first floor door for the stairs was not connected to the hinges.This is supposed to be a secure fire door but it would not close.

Everything was good except for the pool. As soon as you walked in to the area you were overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine plus the water was cloudy to the point that you could not see the dive toys at the bottom of the 5 foot section. Everything else was good - good breakfast, clean room, and nice staff.

Had a tremendous amount of rain and the parking lot flooded to almost 1 foot in depth. Can't really entirely fault them for that. My main gripe was that their mattress was so hard it was like laying on a wrestling mat. Chose to stay at another hotel the next night. The other hotel had a much better mattress and was also much quieter.

Called ahead to ensure the pool was good to go. The staff ensured me it was but when we arrived it was green and out of service. Television was missing cables and unusable. Multiple other guests complaining about there rooms as well.

When we checked in I asked the man at the front desk if he had a lower floor with a window facing out to the parking lot .. he did and put us in that room that was great ! The room was ok … Beds were just ok ! I wished they were a tad bit more cozy less hard ! Also the air in the room would not turn off ! Room 109 it was late and we were to tired to have anyone come and look at it ! We just put more clothes on ! The breakfast was good, it had a lot of options. ! The hotel does need to invest another luggage cart .. it was totally falling apart ! Melanie the lady at the front desk when I handed my keys back in … was super nice ! I appreciate a hard worker and people that smile !

New Year's Eve - prostitutes. No towels when we arrived. Mess in hallway. Spill in hallway - the guy mopping it up used one hand to mop, while talking on the cell phone with the other hand - as messy after as before. Toilet didn't flush properly. No milk/cream for coffee in the morning. Sign to hotel too small and not well lit.

Staff was very friendly and efficient even with being so busy the night we checked in. I was wary after reading reviews about bed bugs but I found this to be completely unfounded as there were no signs in our room or common areas of this accusation. It is a bit hard to clean a hotel completely when your occupancy level is constantly high so the first night there was a bit of debris in hallways and stairs but by the next day it was clear they were cleaning as much as possible. Awesome deal for the money with a clean indoor pool!!

When I got to my room it was filthy. The beds had not been made, room was not clean, McDonald’s bags were on the bed and food in the refrigerator. I asked them to clean it while I went to dinner. When I got back and turned the TV on it didn’t work. When I called the front desk the lady was very rude and told me I just didn’t know how to work the TV. The pool was clean but the bathroom at the pool area had explosive diarrhea all over the walls that had not been cleaned. Will never stay there again.

Check was unpleasant— the front desk clerk was dismissive & rude and was more interested in having her EarPods in place. Very dirty room. We requested Non-smoking but the room smelled musty faint cigarettes. The sheets were stained and had some hair strands!! The bathroom was dirty and we did our own wipe down. Sting on toilet paper — 1 roll had few sheets left and the 2nd roll had barely 1/3 full. Our room carpet was very dirty and had sticky patches here and there.

Our sheets were dirty with human and dog hair. The bed was made back up with the dirty sheets. The pillow cases also had hair on them. The comforter had blood and urine on it. There was dropped paint on the bathroom floor and one of the hand towels. The carpet in the hallway was also very dirty. I got two clean bed sets from the front desk and made up both beds myself. We will not be back.

We will be requesting a full refund. Got to our hotel and walked in the room to watch a roach crawl across the bed. The tile floor was sticky, there were smudged/stains on the chairs and night stand, and there was an overall icky feeling. When we requested another room, there was not one available. The front desk worker said we would have to contact whoever we booked through and hopefully get help that way.

We looked at reviews and reviews before booking this hotel and it had such great reviews. But I will bell you that is not the case we got in very late with long drive and when we came in the smell of hotel was awful than when we got to room there was long black curly hair in the bed. There was old crusty food dried up on both blankets on the bed. Floor was dirty and tub. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. There is no way I would ever pay this amount for a hotel in this shape again. Horrible

Disgusting room 228 had dirt all over the walls and paintings. The bed stands were covered in candle wax. The bathroom floor was dirty and had dust from room maintenance. When arriving I didn’t need to show my Payment for my room or my ID later in stay I didn’t need to show ID for extra room keys. The cleanliness and security of this property is terrible pay the extra 60 a night for a better hotel.

Our room was so dirty I had to use the soap and towels to wash all the surfaces down myself. There was smeared & crusted stuff on the nightstands. The dust was so thick you could write your name in it. The tv remotes we didn’t even touch with our bare hands, so much goop on them. The floors in our room were disgusting dirty sticky and not mopped. You could see shoe and foot prints in the grime. And the elevator smelled so bad I had to cover my face. It was the wet dirty mop times 1,000 days. The bed was clean and comfortable thank goodness! I just don’t know how they have an 8.2 rating with the condition of the room.

Hotle was very clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Desk staff were friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is the bed was so firm. Flet like i was sleeping on the floor but other than that wverything was perfect

The walls are thin, we heard a couple in the next room doing private business. Very awkward. Kids were running down the hall flipping on fire alarms in middle of night. Twice. Breakfast was being started after 8am and the beds are hard as a board. Very clean though, nice people

The A/C in our room was not working, but they helped us change rooms. I think it must have taken a lot of work to create the most uncomfortable pillows in the world, but somehow you did it.

Very clean hotel and hospitable front desk. Breakfast didn’t open till 7:00 and was late both days. Wasn’t able to get it Sunday because of it being late. Also, wasn’t the best offerings… the waffle maker was broken, too. I’d barely consider it a “full” breakfast offering. Besides the breakfast, the beds are some of the worst we have ever slept on. They’re hard as a rock! No one in the family got a decent night sleep during our 2 night stay. Probably won’t be back

It was good. I always stay here on my way to Oklahoma. The hotel seems to be going down hill. The lighting is terrible in the room, two remotes for the tv (old school) and there were holes in the curtains. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Front desk associate was amazing! Wish I caught her name!! Property was quiet and room was great. Only issue was the shower!!! I was in a handicapped room apparently and the shower leaked all out the floor!! I slipped and fell because I had no idea water was all over the tile and into the doorway! So bizarre to have a shower where water drains OUT of the stall! Plus no way to actually shower without the handheld spraying the wall! Oh well. Glad I will try again at home tonight! Others than that the place was great. A tad noisy with the room next to the exit door but overall decent

The price was reasonable for the area. The afternoon desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. The second afternoon, when our keycard would not work, the person was watching some program on the desktop computer. It was not turned down during our conversation and the program had loud vulgarities.

This was for an emergency stay as my daughter was in conway regional hospital dieing with cancer. They gave another person our room key number so had someone enter our room at 2in the morning so yes scared to death.

Horrible customer service from the front desk . Someone used my room to take a shower and left woman long hair in the tub and floor was disgusting. Took pictures to show them to the front desk lady and she was screaming at me very confrontational and rude . No class and no customer service ethics. I tried to contact you but there’s not a number to call only app and also horrible way to try talk you anyone to get help so I had to call La Quinta customer support with a real attention by a human not just apps to made a complain .

Check in took over 30 minutes because the gentleman checking us in couldn't get logged into the key card maker. He was very nice but it took a very long for someone to come help him. The tv in our room was broken alomg with the remote. The air-conditioning did work very well! The bathroom was just gross and puddles of water under the sink. I'm not sure why put we could hear EVERY bit of noise made, whether it was beside or above us!!!! When we took the elevator down, it took us up then back down stopping at all the floors (nobodys was waiting to take the elevator down at the floors it stopped at on the way down) and the ride was ruff!!!! A random door (not our room) had a hole knocked in it. Overall not worth the money went spent, very disappointing for the price we paid. The room was $40 more for the night we stayed vs if it would have been the next week. Don't raise the price and offer that terrible of a stay

Absolutely the worst hotel you can imagine! Arrived at 1330 Thursday afternoon. Tried to check-in was told from CHUSH (FRONT DESK CLERK) that i would be charged $35.00 for early check-in! Only rhen was i told there was no clean rooms! I was unable to get a clean room until 1630! NO MANAGER TO BE FOUND! DON'T GIVE A CRAP ATTITUDE FROM FRONT DESK CLERK AND HOUSEKEEPING! A considerable amount of money for this!!!!! Need to be called back for this discussion.

Great hotel, but a little hard to find. It is behind another hotel and the sign was burned out. But once we got in, it was a lovely place. The staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were friendly and many areas of the hotel have been updated. The toilet in our room would barely flush and the TV did not work at all. We asked for help at the front desk and neither issue was corrected. There were no towels in the pool area and hot breakfast was not served until 7 am. Maybe short staffed? Things seemed nice but not picked up or kept up daily.

Very disappointed when we came down for breakfast at 6:20am and was told by the front desk it wasn’t open. He went on to say the person in charge of preparing breakfast woke up late and would not be in for a little while.

The check in person was not accommodating at all, I asked to not be at the very end of the hallway because of the door that slams. Her response was I could pay her more for that luxury. I had to ask twice for a luggage stand on their friendly text option that I finally had to tell them to stop texting me. And as a final joke I filled a bowl with cereal at breakfast only to find there was no milk and no one to get it. I paid for a quiet nights sleep and a simple breakfast. I got neither, won’t be back! Very clean hotel and hospitable front desk. Breakfast didn’t open till 7:00 and was late both days. Wasn’t able to get it Sunday because of it being late. Also, wasn’t the best offerings… the waffle maker was broken, too. I’d barely consider it a “full” breakfast offering. Besides the breakfast, the beds are some of the worst we have ever slept on. They’re hard as a rock! No one in the family got a decent night sleep during our 2 night stay. Probably won’t be back

My room was ok. The bed was ok. Unfortunately two roles of toilet paper and both were empty. My wife went to the front desk to get more. The hallways appeared dirty like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was not good. Thankfully they did keep the coffee filled.

Advertised breakfast, yet there was no breakfast. Staff member said no one showed up. I assume to prepare things. No signage or apologies, but is one of the reasons we chose here as oppose to an AB&&B

Staff was helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was so comfortable. We got there late and left very early. We only traveled through but I hope this helps others. Parking lot well lit. Did not like location of elevator bc it was too far from the room.

Hotel is very nice and welcoming but we had trouble with our tv and remotes… neither remote had backs on them and the tv was missing the cord. I guess none of the staff thought to check anything before or after the previous guests!! Other than that, everything was fine!!

It felt as if the staff didn't care if you enjoyed your stay. In the morning, the FREE breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and hash browns all of which were cold as they had no heat under the warming tray. The juice machine had warm rancid juice in it, and the toasters didn't work. We reported this to the front desk who said they would look into it. An hour later, I heard someone else complaing about the same thing. For your own health, book another hotel.
