The breakfast staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful. My son and I took advantage of the gym and everything worked well and was clean and sanitary. The room is very spacious and well designed for function and comfort.

This was a very good place to stay with kids. The pool was clean with welcoming furniture on the patio. The room was nice and well kept. The breakfast had ample options and was nice. My only request would be that the maids not skip the vacuuming as I cleaned up several nickel sized items so that my kids didn’t.

The breakfast was okay, coffee was great and loved the sweet staff. They have some great amenities but was super disappointed the pool was so disgusting.. i really paid what i did for the pool. I do love that they have laundry.

We stayed here bc of the location and price. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was so-so. Getting into the hotel parking lot was tricky bc the entrance was not marked well.

After checking in my family found the elevator made such an awful sound we preferred the stairs, which it was very hot in the stairwells and the hallways of the building. Our room keys didn’t work & the lock had to have batteries changed out. This was irritating as it was so hot in the hallway & they said no other rooms were available. The outside of the building looked very nice and fairly new, so did the lobby. Rooms were not in the same condition, especially bathtub/toilet & carpet. Our room smelled absolutely terrible (think cat urine/animal dander), but with knowing there wasn’t another room available we dealt with it since it was just for one night. Breakfast was good!

Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool. Air conditioner worked extremely well on a hot and humid day. Excellent breakfast options!

Everyone working at this hotel was very nice and helpful. The breakfast every morning had numerous choices. I'm not sure if they had experienced flooding, but the hotel just seemed "damp". Our room especially so. We did ask for new towels daily, because we didn't want a complete room turnover, and had to exchange some that we received because they were stained each time. Overall, the stay was fine. We didn't take advantage of the pool or workout room so I can't comment on those amenities. It was located central to many places to eat and shop. Like I mentioned, the staff was wonderful and always willing to help out.

Found bed bugs in the first room we were in. Staff quickly came and inspected and moved us to another room on a different floor. No bed bugs were found in this room but lots of bugs around the baseboards, hair on the sheets, bugs and dirt in the bathroom. Elevator was loud and wasn’t sure we were going to make it up to the 3rd floor. Hotel smelled dusty and not at all fresh and clean.

Room updated in last couple of years. Fairly clean, a bit dusty on lampshade and edges of room so could use a deep cleaning more often. Bed is hard, so if you prefer a softer bed, this one isnt for you.

There were stains on the bedding, towels, and the shower curtain. The toilet constantly ran. There was blood on the wall. The cleaning lady stood behind us breathing heavily, while we waited for the elevator and then didn’t get on. Another time as we were getting off the elevator the cleaning lady raced on before she let us off. We could hear the laundry going from our room. It was all around awkward. For the price we paid, this was absurd!

Girl at the front desk was nice and really tried to get the right room but oh my gosh this hotel was FILTHYYY!! I could tell from the moment we walked in it was not going to be good. This place is clearly being held together by duck tape. We tried 2 different rooms and they just kept getting worse. We got a refund and ran out of there!

The description of the property says they have pillow top mattresses, which was very deceptive because there was NOTHING soft about it. It was one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Very disappointing.

We had an ADA room and it was very comfortable. We spent two nights there for a family wedding. We did have an issue with our TV for the first night but it was resolved. The overall location was clean and had modern conveniences. The staff was polite and helpful.

This stay was extremely loud. There were people yelling up and down the hall laughing and completely oblivious to anyone else. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to stop the noise. Finally got quiet after 3am.

I spent about two hours trying to get the TV. I called the front desk and they couldn't get it to work either. The room was like a sauna when we first came in. We turned it down to 61 but it continued to run. We turned it off, but it continued intermittently run. In the end we had to unplug it. The place was a little pricey but the reviews were good. Big mistake.

The property had some furniture issues. The desk chair in our room almost fell over backwards and nearly hurt my husband. I did not call the front desk, we just didn't sit in it. The room did seem pretty warm even with the air conditioner on.

The people above us were letting their kids stomp for hours. We called front desk multiple times. Finally at 930, my husband went to the front desk and asked us to move rooms because the stomping was absolutely ridiculous. They moved us and downgraded our room rather than deal with the rude and disrespectful tenants above us!

I was disappointed that there were no comfortable chairs in the room...there was a chair at the desk that made you feel like you were going to fall backwards, and the "comfortable" chair in the corner was not designed for sitting very long. And the bed was too high to comfortable sit on, or even get into. I think it was designed for a man over six foot tall...at 74 years of age, it was very difficult for me to get up on the bed, and then try to get comfortable sitting up. I had hoped for a more relaxing weekend.

Walls are thin, so you will hear everything. dog whimpering, lady moaning next door, showers running. toilet didn't flush tissue down after 3 flushes. It wasn't worth the price I paid of $164

Our room especially so. We did ask for new towels daily, because we didn't want a complete room turnover, and had to exchange some that we received because they were stained each time. Overall, the stay was fine. We didn't take advantage of the pool or workout room so I can't comment on those amenities. It was located central to many places to eat and shop. Like I mentioned, the staff was wonderful and always willing to help out.

This is a nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and well located. My only complaint is that the wifi was very weak, made it difficult to access the internet. And the breakfast provided was poor quality. We spent 4 nights there, and by the last morning we gave up and skipped breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here bc of the location and price. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was so-so. Getting into the hotel parking lot was tricky bc the entrance was not marked well.

The green lights on the side of building seem to attract quite a bit of grasshoppers. If you step outside at night for a quick smoke, they will start to jump on you. Not much to do about it, considering you need lights for safety reasons. Maybe light posts away from the building would help? Continental breakfast was cold but there was a microwave in the room. Aside from these minor issues the stay was awesome! Easy check-in, friendly staff, and a great nights sleep.

This was a very good place to stay with kids. The pool was clean with welcoming furniture on the patio. The room was nice and well kept. The breakfast had ample options and was nice. My only request would be that the maids not skip the vacuuming as I cleaned up several nickel sized items so that my kids didn’t.

Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool. Air conditioner worked extremely well on a hot and humid day. Excellent breakfast options!

Hot tub was filled with concrete 4 years ago! Pool is green. Room smelled of mildew and A/C did not work well. Front desk was so sweet and offered us another room. Other room was the same. So hot! set on 65 and never cooled down enough to sleep. smells terribly of mildew. Bathrooms also need maintenance tubs looked dingy in both rooms and need updates. For $140/ night I expected a better experience.

Room was spacious and clean. I didn't have hand soap but usually come prepared. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was good.

We were there for baseball. Rooms were nice and spacious. bathroom had some orange hard water stains but nothing too bad. Ice machine didn’t work on the second floor and it was HOT outside. Pool was ok, a little cloudy from the outside. We never swam. Our room (208) a/c rattled so that was annoying and our remote didn’t work so we had to stand up at the tv to change channels. None of these were huge issues, just inconvenient after long days at the field.
