The amenities were as advertised - pool/ common areas/the unit/ beach. The local area, within a 15 minute drive, had plenty of good restuarants. Publix is 5 minutes away. Very mellow vibe - not a party/ bar scene. One complaint - bicycles are not allowed on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 4 for a 4 night stay. What a perfect location. Our room looked right at the gulf with windows all around the main living area. Very quiet at night. Chairs easily available to take to the beach. I loved waking up and going right out for a walk on the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Every kitchen item we needed was there. Easy to come back to the room for lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of four and have done many types of vacations, from fast paced theme parks to various beaches. Staying ocean front at Mainsail Beach inn is a trip we have already planned to repeat because of the simplicity and ease it brings for a beach vacation. Being able to have multiple members of our family at different points of the property (beach, condo, pool) and yet still in such close proximity is a Godsend for our family. I am very picky when it comes to rentals and Mainsail was very clean, with high quality furnishings and facilities. Having property managers on site makes a big difference for small issues that arise (Rhoda and Matthew were great). Nothing beats being able to walk out your door onto the beach and having chairs right there for you. We will be back!

Rented a golf cart to explore, went fishing and took the boat to Edgmont State Park. Gorgeous. Rhoda and John at the Mainsail we’re so helpful and nice. Only frustrating issue.....Anna Maria was so busy/crowded 2-3 hour waits for dinner. No reservations ...it’s first come first serve. It was vacation week, so not sure what crowds are like otherwise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. Our family loves the location, style, and convenience of the property and will likely be back! You absolutely cannot beat this location, the ease of walking out your door to the beach, or the amazing AMI beaches. We love the amenities included, such as the pool and beach toys, the paddle board and kayak, and the well stocked kitchen. Our unit came with chairs and umbrella, too. The only complaint is what others note - the property could and should invest in new dining tables, chairs, and bar stools throughout. It would also be great to have TVs that offer casting but honestly I enjoyed a week without that for my kids. We missed the amazing on site property managers from our previous stay, they were very prominent and helpful during our first visit but not this time. Thanks for another beautiful week Mainsail!

When we arrived the condo was supplied with everything you needed to start your trip. I used grocery delivery from Publix. (Wow- fastest delivery I’ve ever had). Prior to arriving we used Beach Bums to set up beach chair and bike delivery. Next year we won’t have bikes delivered bc Main Sail has plenty to use. The condo also came with a beach umbrella so leave that off the list too. Can’t wait to go back next year! Missing the amazing sunsets!

During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation with outstanding service and Gulf views!!!

We love staying at Mainsail as it’s has a very homely feel. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and has everything we need during our stay. The views from our balcony are the best I have ever seen and it’s right by the beach. Definitely will come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 5B. Great beachfront spot with a wonderful view of the ocean. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Staff was great and the place was clean. Two things to note: The one (old and janky) gas grill on the property did not work properly. We utilize a grill almost daily when we travel to FL, so this was a huge bummer. It was disappointing that a place like Mainsail Inn didn't have a decent working grill. The beds were decent, but not great. We slept fine, but if you like a firm bed, these are not for you. At the end of our trip, I noticed underneath the bed that all the center supports had given out. So be prepared to sink to the middle of the bed. It wasn't completely uncomfortable but just seems like old worn in mattresses. Again, we'd definitely stay again. We loved the location and everything else about our stay!

During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We are a family of four and have done many types of vacations, from fast paced theme parks to various beaches. Staying ocean front at Mainsail Beach inn is a trip we have already planned to repeat because of the simplicity and ease it brings for a beach vacation. Being able to have multiple members of our family at different points of the property (beach, condo, pool) and yet still in such close proximity is a Godsend for our family. I am very picky when it comes to rentals and Mainsail was very clean, with high quality furnishings and facilities. Having property managers on site makes a big difference for small issues that arise (Rhoda and Matthew were great). Nothing beats being able to walk out your door onto the beach and having chairs right there for you. We will be back!

Our room looked right at the gulf with windows all around the main living area. Very quiet at night. Chairs easily available to take to the beach. I loved waking up and going right out for a walk on the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Every kitchen item we needed was there. Easy to come back to the room for lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing on the island every year for over 30 years and this was by far the best stay yet! Wonderful view and sunsets. Friendly, helpful staff and the room was great with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 1st trip to Anna Maria. Location of the property A++. The ease of making the reservation was easy. The amenities were as advertised - pool/ common areas/the unit/ beach. The local area, within a 15 minute drive, had plenty of good restuarants. Publix is 5 minutes away. Very mellow vibe - not a party/ bar scene. One complaint - bicycles are not allowed on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the beach steps away and a pool out the side door, my grandkids were in heaven. Lots to do and see in the area. Rented a golf cart to explore, went fishing and took the boat to Edgmont State Park. Gorgeous. Rhoda and John at the Mainsail we’re so helpful and nice. Only frustrating issue.....Anna Maria was so busy/crowded 2-3 hour waits for dinner. No reservations ...it’s first come first serve. It was vacation week, so not sure what crowds are like otherwise.

I would definitely stay here again.

Accomodations were great, the views were spectacular, the unit was clean and the customer service was top notch from beginning to end. I would definetely recommend Mainsail to my friends and family.
