Broken glass on floor, dirty ceiling fan that fell onto bed when turned on, tv that not all channels worked in bedroom, poor assortment of dish ware, ice maker in freezer did not work, no ice machine on property had to go to store, broken exercise bike, missing some weights in workout room, dirty floors throughout hallways.

Very clean, spacious room with furnished kitchenette and ice maker in fridge. Friendly staff. Small gym with good set of dumbbells and cardio equipment. Extremely quiet. Comfy bed.

It's a great place to be if you love dogs "pet-friendly", barking at 2 a.m. Not so much if you want to get a good night's sleep while traveling! Maybe I need to find a "people-friendly" place the next time, as in for the one who pays the bills! ;-) Nice clean room though! Bathroom sink slow to drain. Comfy. Upadte: after getting over my lack of sleep on the first night, I decided to change my rating from 1 to 5. The hotel is fine, it's the entitled guests who are only concerned with themselves and their dogs that they would let them bark all night! No consideration for others. That's what the world is today!!

Our checkin with Nicole Stacey was extremely helpful. I think there could be better snacks in the common area. But overall the area had convenient stores near by that we could walk to, to get snacks.

Room wasn’t as nice as the pictures. 1st room we were put in wasn’t clean & door lock would not work. Moved us to another room & it was just ok. Disapppointed this property didn’t have balconies or area where you could sit outside. No pool.

This property sucks, no breakfast as promised, had to ask for towels, nothing but decaf coffee, no cleaning rooms, no phones to call front desk. There was not one single redeeming quality about this hotel.

The people at the desk are very nice. The outside and lobby are nice. No breakfast and the coffee area isn’t inviting. The property hallways rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The pet area is weeds (cut) and rundown. No poop bags in the station. There was a nicer grass area on the other side of the property. The walls were really dirty in the halls and the rooms. The bathroom floor was absolutely fiflthy. There was a roach infestation as well. The roll in bed was complimentary that they usually charge for. It was very small and thin. Not great but better than sharing a full size bed. The property smelled bad. The people were really nice though but I won’t stay here again.

Unfortunately, we were welcomed by pests throughout the room [roaches of different sizes] and had one walking around the floor as we were headed out. Could not stay another night here and went somewhere else. Please keep your rooms clean and free of pests, to charge $80 a night is not worth the investment for those allergic to roaches. We told the front desk and responded with 'it tends to happen from time to time, sorry' excuse me? That isn't okay.

We had mold in our bathroom and our room smelled of mold and the faucet in the tub had a constant flow of water. We told the front desk, they didn’t have any available rooms to move us to so they gave us a small credit.

Drain in tub did not work, notified front desk. Said it would be resolved next day. Was not resolved. There was random strands of hair in bath tub, bathroom sink, and on sheets and pillows. Mold in the restroom cabinet so bad it was breaking apart. There were also roaches in the restroom. I notified front desk they just apologized. I was very disappointed and kind of shocked.

Manager was excellent. Location was great. Small roaches in bathroom. Corners in bathroom were nasty. Silverware dirty. Our dog found a piece of chocolate on carpet. Too dirty for me.

Someones large toenail clippings were on the carpet, shower curtain not long enough so floods the floor, spider on the bed, hair under the pillow case, light above oven pulled out and inoperable, bathroom sink drained super slow, badly stained hallway carpets, blood on floor in elevator, lawn crew started early Saturday morning working on the landscaping, looked nice.

In general I had a pleasant stay and the hotel was quite nice for the price however upon arriving, my bathroom door unhinged partially from the wall the moment I opened it. This meant I had to essentially pick up the (heavy) door just to get in/out of the bathroom. I told the front desk as I was headed into the city hoping it would be fixed when I returned, but it wasn't, so I had to deal with that situation the entire stay. That experience was a bit bizarre. The only other negative was the constant slamming door sound at around 7am coming from the hallway. That too was pretty irritating.

The electrical outlet in the bathroom was neat 6ft high on an opposite wall from the sink and mirror. Normally they are next to or closer making it more accessible. The shower head is a handheld one not making it easy to keep it one place.

I booked prepaid for this reservation for an elderly disabled family member. They charged them an odd amount at check-in and when they inquired as to why, they were told it was a mistake and world be fixed. I inquired the next day at front desk the gentleman did not see any notes to why they were charged. I had asked they refund it ..he said only the GM could and he would contact him and he could process refund remotely. 2 days after check-in still no contact from management i emailed the management email and provided my phone and email address. Im still hopefully they will correct the issue as this family is on a fixed income. It is sad that the elderly disabled would be treated this was and lack of follow though and follow-up by CW staff to correct this issue is beyond me. It takes someone a few seconds to incorrectly charged someone but several conversations and several days the issue was not resolved and absolutely zero response back to me. Still waiting fingers crossed they will correct the issue.

My house cauht on fire and we spend 8 days at your hotel. I kept the "I'll catch you later on my door." Day seven house keeping entered my room. They moved the sign fron outside the door and put it inside. Most importantly, they touched my stuff. After day 4 we got new towells and bedding. So they invade our privacy. The scary part is, on the last day, my husband left the room at 9:40, and at 10:03 a gentleman walked in my room, I jumped up then he said "housekeeping", I said, somebody is in here, then closed my door and left. No, ilI am sorry, nothing just left. I called my husband and told him what happen. He said when he was leaving there was a man housekeeper 1-2 doors down. Again that sign, "catch you later" was back on my door. Very creepy, and suspicious. Please look at the camera. But I will not be coming back to that location.

My house cauht on fire and we spend 8 days at your hotel. I kept the "I'll catch you later on my door." Day seven house keeping entered my room. They moved the sign fron outside the door and put it inside. Most importantly, they touched my stuff. After day 4 we got new towells and bedding. So they invade our privacy. The scary part is, on the last day, my husband left the room at 9:40, and at 10:03 a gentleman walked in my room, I jumped up then he said "housekeeping", I said, somebody is in here, then closed my door and left. No, ilI am sorry, nothing just left. I called my husband and told him what happen. He said when he was leaving there was a man housekeeper 1-2 doors down. Again that sign, "catch you later" was back on my door. Very creepy, and suspicious. Please look at the camera. But I will not be coming back to that location.

We paid for the one bedroom suite with the intention that one of us would stay in the bedroom and one in the living area. We got to the room, it was a regular room. When we asked the front desk, they said they had to move us. My friend arranged to stay elsewhere so I ended up by myself. I went back to the front desk and asked if they were going to refund us for the room difference. They said they couldn’t refund us, but they could move me to the correct room. Why didn’t they offer that right away!!?! I ended up having to pay the entirety of the room since my friend didn’t stay, plus they charged us an extra guest fee.

The TV did not work at first. There was not a holder for the toilet paper. There was no telephone in the room. They hid a blow dryer in a drawer and the one in the wall did not work at all. The main response from the staff was “Oh, really?”

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was not helpful and very short with us. They dont have ice, and the ice machines in rooms didnt work. We had 10 rooms, all 10 were dirty even coffee pots had nasty dried on coffee grounds in them. We had nasty black curly hair in multiple showers and in beds. We asked for extra towels to shower, we were informed that there were no extras to be had. Water in showers would only get luke warm and cooled off quickly after that. Extremely loud through the night we had multiple parents having to ask for assistance with the noise through the night. This was a very gross and stressful stay. I would expect this from a cheaper motel.

Manager was excellent. Location was great. Small roaches in bathroom. Corners in bathroom were nasty. Silverware dirty. Our dog found a piece of chocolate on carpet. Too dirty for me.

Disappointed. We saw several small roaches in the room. The hotel feels run down and would benefit from updates. It’s in a good location with a short drive to several shopping and dining options. There’s a restaurant across the parking lot.

This property is an extended stay property, that was not advertised as an extended stay on Expedia or the property website. There was no breakfast available, and we stayed three nights and had absolutely no room service whatsoever! Even though the property is advertised as a non-smoking facility, the interior of the building reeked of smoke! I would not stay at this facility again!

Lobby had a constant beeping noise every minute that was going on for days, there were poorly treated couches, and a smell. They had a King bed suite listed as sleeps 4 but didn't list a couch sofa, when I called to inquire if it did they said yes. Then when I got there, there was no couch sofa. They let me use two roll aways, one was tied together with a trash bag. The staff was nice, making the most of a bad situation. This property needs investment.

At arrival, lobby was very nicely and the man that greeted us was very nice and friendly. The room however is very dated, bathroom tub peaked and looked dirty. No hair dryer provided. Kitchen did not have coffee supplies so I had to go down to snack area. Coffee maker in room still had an old coffee pod still in it. When I moved the coffee maker a bug ran out from under.

Our checkin with Nicole Stacey was extremely helpful. I think there could be better snacks in the common area. But overall the area had convenient stores near by that we could walk to, to get snacks.

First off, it was my fault for not realizing it’s an extended stay hotel. I would not have booked had I noticed this. The hotel room and the hallways smelled bad. The hall carpet was dirty. The door to our hotel room wouldn’t fully close properly. The gym room opens to the laundry room and reeks of laundry detergent. There was broken glass in the parking lot. When we told the receptionist about the glass, he shrugged and seemed not to care. It was not the receptionist, Tanner, who checked us in and was very nice and polite. I generally don’t write reviews, but it was very substandard for the amount of money we paid. Felt more like a dingy motel than a hotel.

The hotel has a musty or smoky smell to it even in our room on the 3rd floor. When we walked up to check-in a worker was smijing by the front doors. That should be stopped and tell them they can only smoke near the gazebo nearby. The comforter was either dirty or had a stain on it. The bathroom and room in general could’ve been cleaner. If you allow dogs on the property you need to not have carpeting as other dogs may potty on the carpet being in a different place. My dog was kenneled and didn’t have an accident but so was just thinking what if the dog before us had accidents in the carpet. That’s disgusting to think about. I loved having the liquid soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion in dispensers so there is no pieces of soap everywhere. Over all it was fairly clean for an overnight stay.

Upon check in there were roaches in the kitchen. The clerk gave us a different room but not the same type. We had to wait until the next morning to see if they had the same room type available. We were transferred to another room that was cleaner than the first one. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and we put in 2 maintenence request but they never came. We were there for 6 days and received clean towels, trash emptied and bed made 1 day before check out, after requesting service days before hand. I will never stay at this hotel again!!
