Hotel Club Saraceno - Bovis Hotels

Ein schönes neues Hotelresort mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten eines gehobenen Hotels. Auch Motorradfahrer sind ausserhalb der Hauptsaison sehr willkommen (inkl Garagenmöglichkeit). Tolles Frühstück, gute Qualität überall.

Place was great, would definitely stay again

The hotel grounds are stunning with well maintained gardens and landscaping, the pool and beach areas are also great. Loved the daily aqua gym class. Breakfast was average, limited selection, quality of food and service was mixed. Would have been nice to have a chef cooking fresh eggs/omelettes to order. The outdoor breakfast area was very picturesque looking out to sea, but was unfortunately spoilt by what felt like an invasion of wasps most mornings. Evening entertainment in the bar was good with a nice atmosphere. Good ordering and payment system throughout the hotel using your room key. Location of the hotel is in a quiet area, yet has plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into Arbatax for a day/evening a few times or Tortolì was a 10min car ride where there are lots of very reasonable options for dinner. Things I’d like to see changed : not charging to get a clean beach towel, not charging for staying at the hotel on day of check out (we didn’t feel welcome to stay) - both of these seem unusual charging practices for a 4 star hotel.

The property itself is beautiful and spills down a hillside with the sea and the beautiful mountains as a backdrop- could not be any more beautiful. I enjoyed staying here but I could not control my room temperature and there was no phone in the room. In addition, the restaurants catered solely to German eaters. There was a lot of Wienerschnitzel and onion soup, but ironically, not any fish or vegetables.

Schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Schöne Poolanlage, schöner Strandabschnitt. Zimmer sind sehr schön!
