Eric and his wife welcome you to a very comfortable cottage, ideally located facing the river, for a stay focused on conviviality and sharing. Accommodating up to 12 people, this house is perfect for holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious and bright living area including a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, opening onto a convivial dining area. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Adjacent to this, a large games room will delight young and old alike: a pool table, board games, a retro arcade machine… a true space dedicated to relaxation. This room leads to a small vestibule which, via a wooden staircase, opens onto a large bedroom with its own open-plan shower room (shower and toilet). Upstairs, the main staircase leads to two bedrooms and a separate toilet on one side, and on the other to a living room with a television, two additional double bedrooms, and a shower room with a toilet. (160cm beds in each bedroom) At the rear of the house, for added peace and quiet (as the cottage is close to the main road), you'll find an enclosed garden. A large raised terrace is at your disposal, equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, barbecue and gas griddle, pizza oven, and even a beer tap. For further entertainment, there's a foosball table and a ping-pong table. Pets are welcome, and secure parking (with a gate) is available on site. Two additional sleeping spaces (folding beds) can be provided upon request. This cottage is particularly appealing to families or groups of friends, as well as fishing enthusiasts, thanks to the river located just a few meters away. Ideally located in the heart of the National Forest Park and near the Crémant wine route, it's a perfect base for exploring the region.
