The personnel were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms very nice. Loved the spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very very good with enough variety to please all age levels and type of eaters. 24 hour coffee and lovely lounge to sit in. Also has Tesla and electric chargers on property.

Housekeeping never came to our room. By 2pm, when we came back from 104 degree temps outside, no towels were replaced or available when front desk called. No excuse given. Went to pool, no pool towels clean our available. Came back later that evening, still no housekeeping or room service. Do better, you know how many people are booked at your hotel, be ready to service it.

We were there for only one night and the staff was very nice. Anything we needed they accommodated us. sat in the hot tub. It was great would stay there again when we are passing through.

Worked out great for our trip. Close to shopping, food, freeway. Heated pool, good breakfast, free parking. Needs better signage, very hard to find the way into the parking lot. Heat vs cold in the room was crazy! Beds are ok

I stayed at this hotel a handful of years ago when it first opened and it was in wonderful condition since it was new. It has gone a little downhill since then. The hotel offered free breakfast, a fitness center, and pool. I do not utilizethese three amenities. The overall feel of the room just felt dirty and needed a deep clean. There was an odd odor when I walked in and it was also on one of the four pillows. The desk area is in an interesting position. These three amenities. The desk area is in a interesting position with the chair sticking out, which I stubbed my toe on twice. I’m glad I brought my own antibacterial wipes to wipe surfaces and objects down. The pillows were way too soft for my liking and I woke up with a stiff neck as a result. The shades were difficult to open and close. I’m not entirely sure why I was assigned that room since there were not many people staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful. You are close to 99 and downtown, which has fun spots for shopping, coffee and dining.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I usually will clean whatever room I’m staying at before I even bring my clothes in the room but I couldn’t even find anything to clean. Even the keys in the spa tub were really clean. All of the staff are super nice and polite.

It was quiet and the facilities and bedding were clean and comfortable. Because it was next to the highway, it was so noisy at night that I had trouble sleeping. In the morning, I saw the earplugs provided. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good and comfortable. I want to come again next time and recommend it to my friends.

There was a mix up with our reservationwhich caused a delay in my being able to check-in. I took away one star as this wasnt due to the clerk at the front desk; she did her absolute best to rectify the situation.

Check in is at 3 o’clock, but we arrived at 3:30 and the rooms were not ready and there were quite a few people waiting for the rooms in the lobby. I requested a late check out since we were delayed checking into our rooms.

Great room. I found that getting two queen beds was cheaper then getting one king bed. It's a lil hard to find the entrance from the main road but it's a nice place.

GPS will not take you to the hotel. First, my GPS took me to Motel 6. Then, it took me to the shopping center in front of the hotel. I saw the hotel behind the buildings, then had to drive around to find the street to get to the hotel. The bathroom door closes automatically. Had to put the trash can in the doorway, to keep the door from closing all the way. Couldn't get the AC to turn off. Opened the window, but my room was facing the freeway, so it was noisy.

The Fairfield Inn was clean and comfortable. It’s a bit tricky to get to since it’s tucked in off the street, but I was impressed with it and would stay there again if I’m in the Kingsburg area.

We like this hotel, rates are affordable and rooms are very clean. It also offers complimentary full breakfast that we enjoyed. We plan to stay here from now on as our families are based in Central California.

Beds were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, need to be replaced. Fan/AC u to terrible. Every 1 1/2 we needed to turn off the unit, no matter what we did the unit kept turning on. My sisters had the same complaint but called the front desk at midnight to have maintenance come unplug the entire system! Breakfast was ok. Learned once the run out of oatmeal the don’t remake any!! Went down to have oatmeal at 8:00am and got the last of it…

Clean quiet comfortable king room. Generous breakfast Friendly staff We’ll Come back next time we visit family in Visalia and friends in Fresno. Cute town with good restaurants an added bonus.

Staff was friendly. We got there late and woke up early to drive to Sequoia. Continental breakfast was great. Overall we had an excellent stay.

We stayed three nights in a 2 queen bed room. The staff were all friendly and made a point to say good morning even if we were just passing in the hall, which is always a good indication of good customer service. We loved the breakfast spread, with rotating hot items each day. Our room was clean and the bathroom was pretty spacious for a hotel bathroom. The hotel also has a gym which was very clean (even smelled good) and a guest laundry room, which are both great amenities we may have used if we'd stayed longer. We would definitely book again if we're in the area.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Staff was great, gave us water bottles when we came in. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi temperature was alittle warm, but it was a very hot day so that was expected. Hot bre a fast had everything we wanted.
