Fun trip

The area and property are wonderful. Naveed at the front desk was the most welcoming host, engaging, inviting and always excited to see us, answer our questions and give us recommendations. The room was very large and the view of the vineyards can’t be beat for the price, area and location walking distance to town and just overall being in the redwoods. Very quiet, peaceful and a wonderful stay.

The Spa and Spa staff were wonderful, Best part of our stay. Hotel staff not so much. Stayed 2 nights, arrived back in room at 10:00pm, room had not been serviced, and more importantly, Coffee was not replenished. Used 24/7 phone to ask for coffee for a.m., no response. Left note. Next morning checked out at 09:00, no one in office, again they did not answer phone. Never had any coffee. There is no lobby/restaurant, and there is no local place for coffee that opens prior to nine that I could find. For over $300 a night I would like to have had at least a cup of coffee. And cream that didn't curdle.

The room was clean and the staff was attentive. I loved the proximity to everything too

2/14 - 2/16 2026, 25(M) and 25(F) The good: - very friendly and helpful staff, 24 hr emergency line - clean rooms, good insulation - beautiful property, right in the middle of Guerneville - parking not a problem (it's free) - nice views of the nearby vineyard and foresty hills - no issues checking in or out (make sure to check in before 7pm) The ehh...: Room 124, double-queen - I don't think they were queen beds...def were Full XL's - bottom toilet seat can't stay still...had to hold it w/ my hand while I was using the bathroom - NO BLINDS TO COVER THE BATHROOM WINDOW?? My partner (F) obviously wasn't a fan - massages are really expensive, maybe because it was Valentine's Day weekend Overall, I probably wouldn't book this place again. Yes, it was expensive due to Valentine's Day weekend, but the omission of the bathroom window blinds was the nail in the coffin for this place.
