Hotel Cala Luna

The check-in experience was very good, and we felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist gave us a nice tour of the hotel, and the room itself was cozy, clean, and well maintained, with good housekeeping throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not quite live up to expectations. The service at the bar was often lacking, as there was rarely any staff present, and we frequently had to look for someone ourselves in order to be served — both in the lounge area and by the pool. At the same time, the bar prices were extremely high compared to the quality. Overall, the hotel also lacked atmosphere and ambiance. The common areas felt very quiet and empty, without cozy lighting or music. Even after we politely asked if the lounge music could be turned up slightly, the request was refused, despite there being almost no other guests around. It also felt strange that the table lamps in the lounge were removed exactly at 10:30 PM while we were still sitting there. The restaurant experience was unfortunately disappointing as well. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We were not asked how we wanted the steak cooked, and it arrived almost completely raw. When we sent it back, the same pieces of steak were simply cooked further with the sauce still on them, which felt very unprofessional. There was a lack of atmosphere and a feeling that guest service was not a priority.

Falta de cordialidade da equipe. Gente barulhenta na noite. Banheiro mínimo. Toalhas mínimas. Tudo espartano. Cafe razoável. Cobram 5 euros para toalha para ir à praia. Tudo é cobrado. Na saída, para garantir que fosse devolvido o controle da garagem que fica bem distante, tive de ficar presa na recepção. Isto mesmo: me mantiverem em cárcere privado para garantir que fosse devolvido o controle. Inacreditável a falta de cortesia.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto com tamanho bom, café da manhã razoável Possui um rooftop para tomar drinks com finger food gratis. Super gostoso parta relaxar fim do dia Super recomendo

Decent hotel. The area is amazing to walk around. Unfortunately both nights I stayed there I heard loud noises outside my windows all night long. Didn’t get much sleep. Second night may have been from the wind knocking things. But it was constant. Bathroom window doesn’t close either to block out noise. Breakfast was very minimal. No fresh fruit or veggies. Only had scrambled eggs for hot stuff. Just bread and more bread. But staff was very nice and helpful.
