For a one or two nights stay it wasn't the worst hotel. These were some of the issues we had, though minor: 1. The charging ports on the bedframe kept beeping due to either being inefficient or about to stop working altogether. Those same charging ports were very loose and my phone charger kept falling out. 2. The shower curtain has a few small rips in it. Nothing crazy just something I noticed. 3. The TV is outdated. It will say no signal on every input but it has to be on the HDMI 1 input then change channels for the signal to come back. 4. The gym is small and although it's not an issue, the water tank in there must be incredibly old because it has some type of mold or brown spots inside the tank. The gym itself consisted of a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. Great if you do cardio.

They have several oversized parking spots if you pulling a trailer or boat like I was. Several dining options in walking distance. We opted for a great brew pub right next door. Great pizza and cold beverages. Rooms were clean. Could use a little brighter lighting in room, but not that horrible. Great breakfast, but we’re missing some items when we went. Overall a great stay.

While the place was very clean, our shower curtain looked like it had been in a slasher movie. No biggie but very weird. The pool was nice but the exhaust fan was so loud you had to yell to each other. Not a bad place just off a bit.

Nice stay except for the door that was damaged. Someone took a crowbar to the door and never repaired the frame. Staying with my family, you could hear and see through the frame. I informed the desk and the employee quickly discounted the room. Delicious breakfast, very busy so alot of food was running out but staffed replenished asap. We had a good stay overall. The major complaint was no hot water, at least for us on the 5th floor. It would have been nice to have a shower after the pool. The pool area was nice, but the machine room was very, very loud. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was well stocked!

The room, especially the bathroom, was a little dirty. Stains on the walls near the toilet was really gross. Bed was clean and comfortable. They were also short staffed on the morning of departure, leading to long lines for checkout. There was literally no one at the desk for 15 minutes. Doubtful I’d stay there again and I will be in the region again.

I stayed in this hotel one night on a pass through to go visit my daughter. The check in was easy. They have nice carts to help with luggage. The room was spacious. The bed comfortable. Overall pretty clean. The a/c worked nicely. My only complaints were the shower curtain had holes. The remote control was horrible I could not change volume level. The worst part was the surroundings. The hotel is a pain to get to because it's behind buildings and the GPS doesn't understand that. The area is congested and at the portion of the hotel that faces the main road The parking lot was filled with trash and shopping carts filled with trash and weeds. It was dirty and it was not a pleasant environment. Other than that everything else was fine

I was just crashing for the night on a trip between New York and Florida so I didn’t get to experience the area. However, the hotel was great! It was clean, and it was well lit in the common areas even late at night when I got there. The staff was friendly and I can’t say enough about that amazing pancake machine! I only gave one area four stars under property condition because the room looked like they were patching the walls, but never painted them and the TV didn’t work. No biggie because I was only there overnight and I didn’t investigate further. Overall great hotel, staff and amenities!

Stayed one night with my family. Room was spacious and clean. Close to the highway, food and fuel. Check-in was quick. Only complaint I have is the building is not sound proof. We can hear people walking above my room and can hear people's conversation from outside the room. Would definitely stay next time.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, new amenities in the hotel. HOWEVER, the walls are thin and in Rm 423 specifically, the walls are thin. I could hear the PIPES from the room above me, knocking in the walls when a resident took a shower. This made for a very uncomfortable rest. The hotel needs to insulate the pipes, otherwise any resident will hear knocking and water running within the walls.

Check in took way too long bc no one was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 10-15 minutes to check in. Gave us 2 keys, only 1 worked some of the time. Pull out bed had no bedding provided so we had to go down to get it. Bed was ok. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Stay was not worth the $$ paid.

Arrived to empty desk. 15 minute wait to check in. Very noisy. Signage is terrible for entry. You can see the hotel, just can’t get to it. Parking is very limited. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which is too late for early morning travelers. Disappointing stay for sure.

All aspects of the stay were excellent. We did have a problem with extremely noisy quests above us. Spoke with women at the desk. She called the room and the people above us were gracious and toned down the noise. Many thanks to the lady at the front desk!

This was a nice hotel. Our room had to be changed due to a faulty outlet, but the front desk staff was very nice and we were moved in minutes. It was clean, fairly priced, and the included breakfast was a great perk.

Loved the hotel. Hot water for tea seemed to always be out of order and backup was broken for days. Had several homeless people walk up to me outside the hotel. Didn't feel really threatened, but uncomfortable.

It felt very un-safe with many homeless people camped near the entrance. The outside exits were not usable per the front desk (only the front entrance was available). The outside was unclean.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable! The tv remote was poor and difficult to operate. The parking area is very limited. We had to drive around several times before finding a space. The breakfast food was not even warm.

We got in at midnight and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. It didn't take long but I was hit with an additional fee of twenty something I was not aware of. The thermostat did not work, air unit needed cleaning and bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast had a good selection.

Very nice hotel - clean, nice shower, very comfortable bed. Free breakfast was very nice - good selections, replenished as needed. Great staff in the dining area. Only thing missing was availablity of 24 coffee/tea. Would have enjoyed that option.

Hotel was clean and quiet. We were disappointed that breakfast was not ready at 630am as promised. We needed to leave by 7am so were not able to take advantage of this perk.

We were charged more from Hotels.com and the hotel lowered the rate almost $45. This was very nice of them but hotels.com would not honor it. They billed the higher rate. The hotel gave us scan keys and they did not work. We went back down to the desk and they gave us another set but again they did not work. We went back downstairs and they called a worker who came and looked and said I will be back. He had to get his tools. We stood by the room door exhausted from or 12 hr drive which seemed forever. He took the lock apart and fixed the door so the keys finally worked. By the time he got us in the room it was getting dark outside and we walled in a not so nice area to dinner at Panera. In the morning we found a shower with no curtain. Breakfast was good,

The hotel was very clean and non smoking throughout. That really impressed me. The best feature I have to mention though is the shower. The showers I enjoyed while visiting the property were nothing short of spectacular. I felt like I was standing under a fire hose the water pressure was that high. I will be staying there again.

The room was spacious, not enough towels, no drinking cups and just before going to sleep as I was about to put my reading glasses on the bedside table a little cockroach was running towards the edge of the table luckily I had a tissue to capture the cockroach and I went to the bathroom to flush the bug in the toilet I saw another cockroach behind the toilet water tank. Exhausted from driving all day I was able to sleep okay. The following morning I saw another little cockroach running down the wall by the bedside table. I quickly grabbed my iPad and recorded the cockroach as it was running on floor. I informed the front desk personnel and all he asked was my room number—-no apologies whatsoever. The breakfast was a disappointment as well, the only hot breakfast they had was oatmeal and pancakes. I have stayed many times at other Holiday Inn Express and they all served hot breakfast like home fries, eggs, bacon and/or sausage, but not at this hotel. A mother with kids was very disappointed when she found out that no hot breakfast was served. This hotel must have only one luggage cart, there was none available for us to take our stuff down. When I dropped off the room card keys at the counter the two people at the counter did not say a word—no apologies for our bad experience and no have a safe trip. Very disappointing.
