You do have a roach problem in the kitchen area. We have seen roaches daily and even inside the dishwasher live after a wash cycle. It looks like German cockroaches in the kitchen area. On Wednesday Arrow exterminator showed up at the house to do outside treatment. We were outside when he arrived, and we had to retreat inside the house. A heads up would have been nice. Lastly the directions to the house do not make sense if you are driving from Atlanta. The direction to Ellijay and then 52 on Google map from Dunwoody shows 1h50min (direction provided by Blue Sky Cabin) The direction for Jasper and then 136 on waze from Dunwoody shows 1h00min. those directions would also be easier to follow than through Ellijay. This cabin is amazing and the view is spectacular.

Well-maintained home, all about the view. Better than the photos. Community has well-maintained roads and felt very secluded. Would definitely come back!
