Best Western PLUS Westgate Inn and Suites

My family stayed at the Best Western Plus this weekend. It was very easy to make a reservation, check in, and check out. The front desk staff were super friendly and tended to our needs promptly. The location was perfect, which was very close to our graduating daughter. The hotel is also decorated very nicely, and maintained pretty well. Several things that I didn’t like was the firmness or the bed, no fan in the bathroom, the breakfast, and more attention to detail when cleaning the room. The bed was as hard as a brick. Not a comfortable sleep at all. There seems to be a fan in the bathroom but it never turned on, which would have been perfect to absorb moisture and odor. The breakfast was not good at all. I at 1 half of a piece of bacon and one fried egg. The bad food quality was the consensus of the family. We decided to eat out elsewhere for today’s breakfast. The room was neat, but the bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. So, I wiped what I could and wore shower shoes. Overall, it was a good stay, with an amazing staff. But, I don’t think I would stay again though, at least not my first to fifth choice.

The stay was good. The breakfast bar was fresh and the room was comfortable.

Everything was great. We had a blast ….

The breakfast was great! I was just upset that breakfast ended at 10:30 and at 8:30 they ran out of grits.
