Un buen hotel y un buen precio

El servicio está bien solo me gustaría que las familias que traen niños estuvieran en el piso de abajo porque me toco en el 3 piso y avía una familia en el piso de arriba y los niños estaban corriendo demasiado por la noche y en la mañana bien temprano otra vez corrían así no puedes descansar ajusto

As soon as we walked in, the room smelled strongly of sweat and it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The sheets had body hair on them and what appeared to be dried mucus/boogers. It was absolutely disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. At nearly midnight, we were exhausted and didn’t have many options. Thankfully, the front desk staff was willing to move us to another room. However, after seeing the condition of the first room, it was difficult to feel completely comfortable or confident about how thoroughly the rooms at this hotel are being cleaned. We checked out the following day rather than completing our stay. What was most disappointing was that the hotel did not offer to refund us for that night. Instead, we were offered a discount because we had technically “used the facility.” The reality is that we only stayed because it was nearly midnight and we had nowhere else to go at that hour. Had we arrived earlier, we absolutely would have left immediately. I appreciate that the staff helped us change rooms, but a guest should never be given a room in that condition in the first place. This experience was extremely unsettling and disappointing 😞
