Loved it. The whole town was wonderful. Can’t wait to return, and surf here again.

Genuinely lovely and helpful staff, beautiful settings, decent last-minute deal. Unfortunately Expedia missold us a double room which was actually a twin room. Unworkable water pressure from shower meant we had to shower outdoors amongst beer kegs. Nevertheless Angel manager John did his best to sort things out within 30 mins on the morning we checked out, supporting us in being appropriately compensated by Expedia. Not the best stay but unmatched commitment to customer service.

Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again.

Great location and good space for family. However they didn’t tell us before or when we checked on that the oven and hob were out of order. We had bought food to prepare so very disappointing and it meant eating out. They didn’t offer any money back or good will when we asked.
