I accidentally selected the wrong date when making my hotel booking. The reservation was supposed to be for the 11th, but while I was searching for another hotel and trying to find the cheapest option, the booking automatically changed back to the 4th when I was trying to book for the 11th. I contacted an agent right away to see if they could move my reservation from the 4th to the 11th, but they said there was nothing available on their end. I then asked for a refund so I could make a new reservation myself, because I can see that the hotel still shows availability for the 11th on my side. Unfortunately, they are refusing to give me a refund, even though this was an accidental date selection and I contacted them to try to correct it. I’m asking that you please review this situation and consider refunding the booking so I can rebook the correct date.

The housekeeper had just cleaned the room, the floors were very wet. The room had fruit flies and. a pesty fly, flying around. The bed was hard as a rock.

No elevator for the second floor, $00 deposit that I was not expecting. No handicap accessible rooms available even though I'm disabled.
