Days Inn by Wyndham West Allis/Milwaukee

Outdated heating and air-conditioning...which dosent work... I was given a box fan and told to open the window when my room was to hot to tolerate. 😰😓 The cable boxes are bolted to the back of the tvs which makes it hard to control your TV because the remote signal cant find the box...😎 Hotel is older and family owned. The bed was ok. No microwave in room...small fridge but the freezer was one big ice cube, so couldn't use that. Location is near freeway, dining, stores. Hotel wasn't for me. 👎

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. We slept on top of the covers. First thing we said was this is the type of place people get murdered at. Brown sink water. Stains on and around lamp switches. Breakfast was nutri grain bars and oatmeal.

They tack on that's not showing up on the website an extra $150 fee plus the staff was unfriendly and areas it's not quite safe

Needs to be modernized. Room was chilly with no way to adjust temperature. Staff was friendly and for the price it was fine.

Our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. We called to see if they could help with some special accommodations (extra sanitation only) after my mom‘s kidney transplant a few days prior and needing to stay locally due to being extremely immuno compromised and the front desk personnel was absolutely horrible to deal with, he was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, towards me when calling to ask for this. when we arrived to check in the room was dirty, smelly, musty, and extremely small. deceptive to what the pictures and description states, and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk personnel he was upset and rude about it and basically told us take the room as it is or leave it so we canceled our reservation and went elsewhere, I would definitely NOt recommend this establishment
