This hotel is very centrally located, only a 7-8 minutes walk from the main train station, the Termini as well as many of the top tourist attractions which are within a 20-25 minutes walk. Buffet breakfast was adequate, nothing particularly special and the staff was efficient, not very friendly. The same thing at the front desk during check-in and out. Not super friendly or proactively helpful. The area has plenty of restaurants and such as well as high end shopping. Termini has many shops that provide all the needs. The area is very safe and not uncomfortable even late at night. I would stay here again if I were to visit the area due to its central location and spacious rooms.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and thoughtfully arranged. The private airport transfer was a wonderful touch, especially with my late arrival, and the check-in process was exceptionally fast and efficient. The hotel’s location is truly outstanding—perfectly situated within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and Roma Termini train station. The combination of excellent service, convenience, and a beautiful location made my stay incredibly enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Rome.

Poor attention to detail. Shower mat had a huge bunch of matted hair on it which was clearly visible by whomever left it next to the shower (assuming housekeeping). Floors not very clean. Bedding - you are given a thin sheet rather than a duvet, mattress is like concrete. We were glad we only stayed on night. Went into annex building on arrival - no staff. Eventually found staff member and asked where reception was, he answered floor 19 - considering there’s only 5 floors in the building I knew this wasn’t right. Turns out it’s in another separate building. On checking out, they couldn’t find us… took ages to check out as receptionist simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s fine. Really strange experience. Breakfast buffet was good with good selection and nice staff. Wouldn’t recommend to friends & family.
