Check in went super smoothly and the manager (?) was extremely helpful in giving my son and I recommendations for dinner. We stayed for my son's soccer game, which was located less than 3 miles down the road. Is this a plush high end hotel? No, but I did not expect it to be. Is this a clean affordable motel with a super convenient location and everything you need for a short stay? Yes, to the point my light socks had nothing on them from walking around in them which cannot be said about many places. The only cons we noticed were low shower pressure. The rooms are a tad dark, but we prefer it that way so we were glad for this. Would stay here again.

Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area.

There is no reason for this hotel to be this dirty and tired. Great building with so much potential! I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone from low quality bed frame that made noise everytime one rolled over to dirty floors, paint worn off walls to yuck bathrooms to reluctance to let a traveler use the bathroom upon arrival and a very dirty bathroom at that! Honestly just terrible!!!

Girl at the front desk very nice & easy check-in. Room key old school is literally a physical key. Bed way too bouncy! Ants all over the counters. Didn’t even have food in the room.

The bed and pillows are so nice and soft. Nice hardwood floors. Big bathroom. Nice cable tv and microwave. Wish it was cheaper in the summer but i understand summer is high season in Southampton.

Ridiculously expensive. A standard motel and the doorways to the rooms smelt strongly of disinfectant. Given the location it should have been 1/3 of the price I had to pay.

We had a great stay overall. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we really appreciated the excellent service. The only constructive feedback I’d like to share is about the toiletries. The soap and shampoo provided were very low quality and came in very small amounts. Unfortunately, they caused some skin irritation for me. Considering the price of the hotel, I think it would be worth investing in better-quality toiletries. There are many affordable options that would greatly improve the guest experience.

I stayed during US Open.. it didn’t appear that many people stayed at the property around us. It was super expensive for a “motel” feeling. There was no way to darken the room for sleep and the lights at night and sun in the morning shines right in. We thought we would utilize the outdoor furniture in the evening but it’s all run down and basically broken. The pool was padlocked by dinner time so we could not use that as well.
