At 3 in the afternoon the breakfast area was not clean, the property trash cans had not been emptied, the room layout of the property was weird, bathroom grout was moldy. The staff were in the breakroom. Awful property, not a Best Western even thought we were led to believe it was.

The first room had dirty sheets, a disgusting shower, a light that was out and an issue with the TV. A very kind reservation clerk upgraded us to a “deluxe” room. He did the best he could with what he had to work with.. The deluxe room appeared a bit cleaner but I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. I would never stay there again.

Hotel is clean enough. Our particular room-the remote control did not work, the sliding glass door was difficult to lock and secure, a doorknob the the adjoining room was dangling off the door, a smoke detector went off for over a half hour in the middle of the night and I needed to call front desk. Fridge didn’t get very cold either. It wasn’t the best stay but not the worst either. Water was nice and hot. Breakfast was not terrible. Could be better with a little love. But convenient and clean enough.
