We had a nice time at the Volcano Spa Hotel! The staff was great, very helpful and nice. It was super convenient to get into the city center, just a short walk to the bus. The hotel itself was well maintained, and the food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I think our only complaints were that we did find a daddy long legs in our room the first night, and we weren’t able to adjust the AC, so it was too warm (for our tastes). But overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend it!

The hotel does not have a pool as described on the website. Seems that the staff is more focused on guest for the Spa, rather than the hotel guests. Was informed that charging was included in the parking fee during check in, but had to pay for charging during checkout. Different parking policy depending how you booked the hotel. I expect a higher professionalism from a “four” star hotel. The hotel is not recommended for families with children.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting but there’s nothing nearby of any interest. However, it’s within easy walking distance to transport links to the centre. Room was clean but the biggest downside was the aircon which wasn’t working in this heatwave. Tried to open the windows but due to being near a road and flight path so traffic noise was unbearable. Aircon is centrally controlled so nothing could be done I used the wellness and fitness centre which were good. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food and would recommend. Good portion sizes and representation.
