City Avenue Al Reqqa Hotel

The reception staff are very good. However, the security staff are not. The breakfast at the hotel is not good. The rooms are good.

En virkelig dejlig oplevelse. Sikken en service. Venligt og smilende personale, dejlige rene værelser, hver dag. Jeg elsker det område hvor hotellet ligger. Og der er 2 Metro stationer tæt på. Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse.

It was ok price/quality ratio. Place was a bit shabby but staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean. Location is ok because close enough to metro. Area is Deira, not the most glamorous in Dubai but i felt safe most of the time. Got to watch out, there are hustlers around metro entrance, i just ignored them and went about my business. I couldn't use the pool because it was opening too late for me and closing too soon, and i had my day plans in the city. To access metro (15min walk), you will need to cross a bridge (stairs, not a problem for me but for some travelers with disabilities, something to keep in mind). Breakfast was ok, not great, good enough if you want something quick.

Nice hotel in great location. Staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast good with a lot of choices. Had a very pleasant stay

Friendly staff, very well located, very beautifully decorated rooms in tones of blue that put the mind at rest.
