The lady who welcomed us was very nice. We didn’t get to use the common areas as we didn’t want to stay the night. The A/C works fine, but that about the only thing nice we can say about the rooms.

O ar condicionado não funcionou, não havia toalhas de rosto, não havia sabonete nem xampu, o chuveiro não esquentou, tomamos banho na agua gelada. Foi uma péssima experiencia. As fotos pareciam muito bonito, mas me senti enganado

Ao chegar tivemos que procurar o responsável e o mesmo é super desorganizado querendo até nos cobrar novamente, pois não sabia a onde encontrar o nosso cadastro, No quarto não há limpeza pois passei 3 diárias e o quarto não foi limpo nem as toalhas foram trocadas, não tinha luz no banheiro tive que usar a luz do celular, o chuveiro e horrível é água gelada ou quente que dá pra queimar a Pelé, o quarto é cheio de mosquito pois o responsável não detetiza, recomendo levar detefon ou repelente para não contrair a Dengue ou chicungunha. O café da manhã é individual por quarto e a quantidade é mínima e se você pedir para trazer mais um pouco a dona Ju não gosta e se o hóspede deixa, a mesma pergunta se você tem um recipiente para levar pra casa. A Pousada é precaria sem reparos principalmente no piso, pois se você não tiver cuidado pode cair .
