Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar and patio, nice restaurant with mountain views. Very clean and large room beautifully decorated. Excellent shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Set up tours , stored our luggage, provided tea and water. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. All of the staff were lovely, but Chau was just AMAZING. She was so friendly, happy and helpful from the very beginning and felt more like a friend than someone working at the hotel. I’ve travelled to over 60 countries and I can say that Chau’s customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. She was always smiling, always willing to help and made us feel so comfortable and looked after. After we checked out and were already on our way from Sapa to Hanoi, Chau contacted us to let us know we had left some things behind. She then went out of her way to organise for them to be sent to us, kept us updated and made sure everything got to us safely. Our things arrived in Hanoi that same night! ❤️ We really appreciated her going to so much effort to help us, especially after we had already left. Chau made our stay so special and was definitely one of our favourite parts of our whole Vietnam trip. We were so sad to leave without getting to say goodbye properly! If you’re staying in Sapa, I would 100% recommend staying here. And even if you’re not staying here, pop into the Skybar and say hello to Chau! She is such a beautiful person and Sapa Horizon is very lucky to have her. Thank you so much Chau, and to all the staff for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely remember you and your beautiful smile and hopefully see you again one day! ❤️🇻🇳

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect, and that’s entirely thanks to the exceptional care we received from the Guest Relation Manager. From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She’s incredibly professional, warm, and attentive to every single detail. She gave us local recommendations, made sure we got the exact same room when we checked back in after a short trip, and we loved her thoughtful morning weather updates, which helped us perfectly plan our excursion up to Fansipan. What completely blew our minds, however, was her dedication to return an item lost behind. She personally took charge of the situation and ensured that the item was safely reunited with me on the very same day, 200 miles away! Her exceptional service turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if ever in Sapa again.
