Das Grundstück an sich ist super. Massig Sonne den Tag über, Schattenplätze auch vorhanden. Ausstattung etwas altbacken aber sie erfüllt ihren Zweck.

Abfallentsorgung ist umständlich Sonst entspricht alles zu 100% der Anzeige. Wir hatten die Ferien in diesem Anwesen sehr genossen. Danke!

Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed during July and August.
