Amazing redevelopment of an old warehouse in provide luxurious accommodation in a beautiful building. Do not be put off by the surroundings, it is obviously an area that was once quite industrial but is gradually becoming a cool destination. Two minutes walk from the marina, and the restaurants associated with that area. Staff were delightful, ‘standard’ room felt very luxurious and very, very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Just wish we’d booked for more nights. Highly recommend.

Μείναμε 2 νύχτες σε 2 διαφορετικούς τύπους δωματίων. Και τα δύο ήταν άνετα, καθαρά με υπηρεσίες υψηλών προδιαγραφών. Κοιμηθήκαμε πολύ καλά. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό και πολύ φιλόξενο. Ο πρωινός μπουφές είναι πλήρως αντιπροσωπευτικός της Μεσσηνιακής γαστρονομίας. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική. Μπορείς να περπατήσεις μέχρι το κέντρο της πόλης, διασχίζοντας το δημοτικό πάρκο ή να περπατήσεις προς την παραλιακή. Τα ηλεκτρικά ποδήλατα είναι επίσης μια ωραία λύση για τις μετακινήσεις. Μας άρεσε πολύ η ιδέα να μείνουμε σε ένα ανακαινισμένο, ιστορικό κτίριο. Συγχαρητήρια, φαίνεται το μεράκι σας!

Rooms were clean, air conditioning strong, water pressure great and service very friendly. Location is excellent close to port, marina and beaches.

The Aso hotel has been beautifully restored using its history as a raison storage in its design. Many antique items rescued from the building have been restored and displayed in the hotel. Only opened for about a month, the decor and attention to detail is amazing. The rooms are thoughtfully kitted out with lovely personal touches and gifts for the guests. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable both about the local area and the history of the hotel. Special shout out to Eleni. The breakfast was super, huge variety of local products and the most lovely homemade pastries. We were lucky enough to be offered a gorgeously light custard pastry straight from the oven. The location, next to the harbour is ideally situated for walking to the beaches as well as into the town centre and on to the old town through the lovely railway park. We will definitely be going back
